eletrode BK7231T Wi-Fi Wireless Socket
This product is a Wi-Fi Wireless socket , the hardware include key or switch, LED indicator light, relay, Wi-Fi chip（BK7231T).Its working principle is divided into:The Smart Phone control socket through the internet or 4G net. BK7231T responsible for the function keyswitch signals are transmitted to a control part.Control part based on the keyswitch information,control LED and RELAY output ON or OFF. The shell side of the appliance has one button and two indicators. There are two types of keystrokes: tap and long. ·Tap the switch to control the socket, the light is on when on, and off when off；
- Press and hold into the EZ distribution status, the light flashes, at this time can be in accordance with the EZ configuration method for the distribution of the network;
- Press and hold again when flashing, will enter the AP distribution status, the indicator flashes slowly, at this time according to the AP configuration method for the distribution.
Register
If you don’t have the account of Tuya Smart APP yet, you could register an account or sign in with cellphone number+ verification code. This page describes the Registration process.
- Tap “Register” on the upper right
- The system will automatically recognize your country I area. You can also select your country code by yourself. Enter the cellphone number／E-mail and tap “Next”
- lf you entered the mobile cellphone number, you gonna enter the verification code you received, and then enter the password, finally, tap “Confirm” to finish your registration.
- lf you entered the E-mail address, enter the password, then tap ”Confirm” to finish your registration.
Sign in with cellphone number+ verification code
- Tap “Sign in with SMS verification” to enter a new page.
- The system will automatically recognize your county/ area. You can also select your country code by yourself.
- Enter the cellphone number and tap “Get” to get a message.
- Enter the verification code in the message and tap “Login” to login the app.
Sign in with account number+ password
- The system will automatically recognize your county/area. You can also select your country code by yourself.
- Enter the registered cellphone number／E-mail and password, then tap “Login” to login the app.
Sign in with social media account
If you have installed Facebook or Twitter in your cellphone, tap the
corresponding icons and then sign in the app after social network
authentication.
Add device
- Open the App, tap“＋”below to add a device, as shown in the picture.
- There are two connect methods for the app (hotspot mode and quick-connect mode). The quick-connect mode is the default mode. Users could tap the upper right corner to switch the connect method to hotspot mode.
- For quick connect mode, please make sure the device’s instructor light is rapidly flashing, tap “Finish network configuration” and go on to the next step.
- For hotspot mode, please make sure the device’s instructor light is slowly flashing, tap “Finish network configuration” and go on to the next step. For hotspot mode, connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot which started as “Smartlife”, as shown in the picture.
- The app interface will go through the changes. The app interface when the network connection is successful.
- After the successful connection, tap “Devices” at the bottom. The device’s name will show in the list. Tap one to enter the control panel of the smart socket.
Remarks:
When the device is online, operation via shortcuts is supported; When the device is offline, device displays “device is offline”; If there’s device shared by others, a specific icon will be displayed after the device’s name.
