For the delight and amusement of all people aged 14 and over. For indoor
use only.
WARNING – This product shall be connected directly to a GFCI outlet. The main plug of this product is used the disconnect device and shall remain readily accessible and operable.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be followed including the following:
READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

Do not use seasonal products outdoors unless marked suitable for indoor and outdoor use. When products are used indoor applications, connect the product to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting (GFCI) outlet. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper installation.

This seasonal use product is not intended for permanent installation or use.

Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplace, candles, or other similar sources of heat.

Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place it on sharp hooks or nails.

Do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material not part of the product when in use.

This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not use an extension cord unless the plug can be
fully inserted. Do not alter or replace the plug. -
This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuits situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Also, unplug any additional string or products that may be attached to the product. Replace the fuse as per the user servicing instructions (follow product marking for proper
fuse rating) and check the product. If the replacement fuse blows, a short- circuit may be present and the product should be discarded. -
Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- When the product is placed on a live tree, the tree should be well maintained and fresh. Do not place on live trees in which the needles are brown or break off easily. Keep the tree holder filled with water.
- If the product is placed on a tree, the tree should be well-secured and stable.
- Before using or reusing, inspect the product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or frayed wire insulation or cords, crack in the lamp holders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
- When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, including trees, branches, or bushes, to avoid any undue strain or stress on the product conductors, connections, and wires.
- When not to use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.

DESCRIPTION
Thank you for purchasing the TREE LIGHT CEREMONY CONTROLLER®. Switching
the remote unit to ON and pressing down the handle will turn your holiday
lighting on wirelessly. Pressing the handle again to release and turn off the
lighting. The maximum capacity is 432 watts or appropriately 10 incandescent
or 62 LED 100 count light strings.
WARNING: DO NOT CONNECT LIGHTS STRINGS OR SETS IN EXCESS OF THE ABOVE
CAPACITY.
INSTALLATION
Note: If you have not yet assembled your lighting, it may be useful to
check your light strings before assembly to identify missing/faulty bulbs.

The Concept
Your TREE LIGHT CEREMONY CONTROLLER® will allow you to control your holiday
lighting. Plug the unit into a GFCI equipped outlet and use the remote unit to
control the light strings ON/OFF.
Capacity
The TREE LIGHT CEREMONY CONTROLLER® has a capacity of 432 Watts. Please
refer to the packaging, instruction manual, or the warning tags on your
holiday lighting for the exact wattage of each item being plugged into
the unit. In order not to exceed 432 watts, you must add up the wattage of
each item being plugged into the unit to attain the total wattage. Example:
approx. 10 incandescent or 62 LED 100 CT light strings = 432 watts.

USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
If connecting to a lighting string that does not have a Wattage (W) rating,
calculate the wattage as follows: Multiply the current (__ A) which is on the
flag-type tag by 120.
For Example, The lighting string is rated 120V, 60Hz, and 0.2 Amps. 0.2 X 120
= 24 Watts Add the wattage of each light string together for a total of 432
Watts or less. (Do not exceed 432 Watts)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Plug the control box line cord into a GFCI equipped outlet and your holiday
lighting into the outlet provided on the control box. Install 3 AA batteries
in the remote unit. Place the remote unit on a flat surface up to 50 ft from
your holiday lighting.
Press down and lock the handle to the bottom and hear sound effects and
lighting on the remote unit. There will be an approximate 5-second delay
before the holiday lighting plugged into the control box turns on.
Press down the handle again to release the lock and to turn ”OFF” the lighting
connected to the control box.
USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
FUSE REPLACEMENT
The unit comes with spare fuses to replace burnt-out fuses located in the plug
of each receiver. Be sure to replace a burnt-out fuse with a fuse of the same
rating: 5A 125V UL listed fuse.
CAUTION: BEFORE REPLACING, ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY CORD FROM THE
POWER SOURCE RISK OF FIRE.
Do not replace the attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that
should not be removed.
Discard the product if the attachment plug is damaged.
- Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
- Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of attachment plug towards blades.
- Remove fuse carefully. Turn the fuse holder over to remove the fuse.
- Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with 5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse (provided with product).
- Close fuse cover. Slide closed the fuse access cover on top of the attachment plug.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Your TREE LIGHT CEREMONY CONTROLLER® has been designed to give many seasons of
trouble-free operation.
In the event a problem does occur, please refer to the following chart for
suggested solutions.

WARRANTY
Mr. Christmas warrants to the original consumer/purchaser of the TREE LIGHT
CEREMONY CONTROLLER® that it Will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Any liability
of MR. Christmas under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or
replacement of defective parts without charge if the item is returned with
shipping charges prepaid together with proof of date of purchase, name and
mailing address of the original consumer/purchaser, and a description of the
defect. Please contact warranty service at

a claim number and instructions on how and where to return the item.
Mr. Christmas shall not be liable for any other damages or loss. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages. Accordingly, the limitation or exclusion may not be applicable to
certain consumers/purchasers.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by damage in transit, abuse,
accident, negligence or repairs made by others. This warranty gives the
consumer/purchaser specific legal rights. The consumer/purchaser may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
