  1. Using the integrated cable provided (BJ, insert the USB-A end into your power adaptor (not included).
  2. Place your wireless charging device on the wireless charging output (A), making sure it is positioned in the center of the wireless charging disc.

Troubleshooting

To achieve fast charging, please ensure you are using a charger that is capable of supporting QC 3.0 charging protocol. For optimum charge speed, adjust your device so that it is aligned to the centre of the wireless charging output (A). Please ensure that the case on your phone is not affect the wireless charging by removing it and checking the performance. Some cases interfere with wireless charging if they contain metallic material or are overly thick
