MFB ( Multi-function button)

Turn on And Off

1. When using it for the first time, please take the headphones out of the charging case and tear off the protective film. When putting the earphone back in the charging compartment, the earphone will start charging and shut down automatically. When the headphones is taken out of the charging case, the headset will automatically turn on.
2. If press and hold the Multi-function Button (MFB) for 2 seconds, the headset will turn on. If press and hold the Multi-function Button (MFB) for 3 seconds, it will turn off.

The Way to Pair

Pair with smartphones /tablets

1. Press MFB (Multi-function Button) continuously for 4 seconds to turn on, then turn on until the blue light can be seen.
2. Both headphones flash red and blue alternately (Pairing mode).
3. Turn on the Settings of Your Phone/Tablet — Bluetooth — Turn on Bluetooth — Search —Power Q20 Pro — Pairing / Connection— Play Music.

The way to pair it with a computer/Laptop

Turn on The Computer Settings—Devices-Bluetooth & Other Devices—Turn on Bluetooth—Add Bluetooth or Other Devices–Search for Bluetooth Devices—Power Q20 Pro-Pairing / Connection —Play Music.

Note
If the computer does not have Bluetooth, please insert the Bluetooth adapter. Download the Bluetooth driver and then use it normally.

Pair with echo do

Open alexa app–Settings–Add New Devices–Bluetooth–New Pairing–Search Devices–Power Q20 Pro–Pairing / Connection–Play music.

How to reset it?

If put the headset in the charging compartment, it will automatically shut down and start charging. If remove the headphones, it will automatically turn on, and the reset is complete.

How to charge the headset?

1. Put the headset in the charging case, it will automatically shut down and start charging. If the charging case lights up green, the charging compartment is charging the headphones.
2. When the headset is fully charged, the red light on the headset will go out.

1. Please use the mobile phone adapter to charge the charging case, you can also use the computer USB-Type C cable or other USB-Type C interface charger for charging.
2. The green flashes to indicates that the charging compartment is being charged.

Notices

Why can’t I search for Bluetooth? Why can’t I connect Bluetooth?

1. The distance of Bluetooth is 10m; please make sure there are no obstacles. Besides, the phone needs to be close to the headset.
2. If any other mobile phone or device has been connected to the headset, please unpair it first.
3. Please restart the Bluetooth device and try to reset the headset.

Why is there no sound from the headset?

Or why is the concert disconnected?

Please check the mobile phone network is normally work, the network speed is not slow, and the music is being loaded. Please check whether your phone is connected to two audio devices at the same time. Press and hold the multifunction key twice to exit the connection. The distance of Bluetooth is 10m; please make sure there are no obstacles. Besides, the phone needs to be close to the headset. If the surrounding environment is interfered or the magnetic field is too strong, Bluetooth signal transmission will be affected. Open the interface of the phone’s Bluetooth, click on contact pairing, delete the pairing record, search for Bluetooth, and pair again. You can restart the phone or reset the headset.

What should I do if there is no sound in my left or right earphone?

Reset the headset firstly, restart the phone, delete the connection history, search and then pair again.

If it still doesn’t work, follow these steps:

1. Take out two headphones from the charging compartment, press and hold the multifunction button for 4 seconds.
2. Press and hold the multifunction keys of the two headphones for 5 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately and then release.
3. Double-click the multifunction key on the right ear, wait for 3-5 seconds, the headset will automatically connect. When the blue light of the other headset flashes slowly, it means that the two headsets are successfully paired.
4. The red and blue lights of the other headset flash alternately, that means they enter the pairing state, and are requesting pairing with the mobile phone.
5. Delete the connection record, check and then re-pair.

Why does the headset turn off automatically?

Make sure that the headset has enough power. In addition, the headset will automatically disconnect the Bluetooth connection for 10 minutes, put the headset back into the charging compartment, press and hold the multi-function key for 2 seconds to turn on the headset.

Why can’t charge the charging compartment?

1. Make sure that the charging cable or mobile phone charger is in good condition and connected properly.
2. Poor contact is possible. Use your fingers to press the left and right earphones, and fully connect the charging contacts of the left and right earphones to the charging case.
3. The charging contacts of the left and right earphones may be dirty, dusty or sweaty. When putting back the charging case for charging, please wipe with alcohol or cloth.
4. Please wipe off the sweat and put it back in the charging box for charging, the indicator light will lights up.
5. If you hear “Battery Low”, please charge the headset. When the LED display number of the charging box reaches “10”, please charge the charging box. Be careful not to exhaust the power in the headphones and charging case, because that may shorten the life of the built-in lithium battery.

Frequently Asked Questions

I will connect to a smart TV with one earbud. Can the one earbud control volume +/-?****

It should. I use mine at work and only wear one and I can adjust the volume with what ever one I’m wearing.

Can you pair more than one phone?****

Yes but only 1 at a time.

Are they multimode? Can you connect 2 devices at the same time?****

It’s going to connect to the device that has the best frequency at the time from my experience. So I believe the answer is no.

One ear plug only works at a time. How do I fix this?****

I’m of the belief the lifespan is 4-6 months of effectiveness, no matter the brand. Once you hear static, it’s on the way out. The right earbud always loses sound first, although other it functions.

Do they work with iPhone 13s?****

I don’t know the answer. They do work for an Android phone.

Are these compatible with Xbox?****

Yes

One of the case charging pins seems to regularly get ‘stuck’. I have used a toothpick to get it free. Any ideas on how to get it to not get stuck?****

When you are done using the earphones, please clean the earphones with a tissue in time.

Can you use one earbud at a time, while the other in the charging case?****

Just simply take out one or both Bluetooth earbuds out of the charging case, the wireless earbuds will power on and connect to your device automatically, either of them can be connected separately.

Any problems with corrosion?****

I personally have had no issues with any corrosion. I use them for everything from sleeping to light swimming.

Do these have active noise cancellation even when you’re not on a call?****

Yes, the Nosie cancelation great I ride my motorcycle and the music sounds great.

Are they comfortable to wear with glasses?****

Yes, I wear glasses and I also wear them when I’m wearing my motorcycle helmet.

Do these have actual buttons or the little touch screen buttons a lot of these type of products do?****

They have buttons, no touch screen that I have seen.

Does the noise cancellation work even when you’re not on a call?****

They are not designed as hearing protection. Noise cancellation is for whomever you are talking to.

I tried to pair two phones, but it switching back to the original phone that was paired first. Can this be done?****

It’s going to connect to the strongest frequency when I get in my car the Bluetooth in my car pick up my earbuds every time I have to turn my car system off that’s when it stays on my earbuds.

Are these aptx ll the description mentions low latency only once?****

I have no problem with the latency.

Can I answer phone calls and does each bud have a microphone?****

Yes you can answer call either by saying the command or just tapping button. So yes it has a microphone.

Do these announce caller?****

If your phone is setup to do this.

Can I make calls with it? Does it have a noise canceling mic?****

Yes you can make calls on it and the calls are clear. No noise canceling mic that I know of.
