Note : When using the headset for the first time, tear off the clear
insulating sticker attached to the left and right headset charging contact
points before putting the headset back in the box. Take it out again and it
will turn on automatically.

Mono/Dual mode
- For the first time use, please remove either ear from the charging case.
- Open Bluetooth and search for Bluetooth.
- Search for the name of the Bluetooth device “YYK-Q63” to connect.
Place the other one in the case as it is. Or turn off the power. Otherwise, it will not be in one ear mode. Please note.
Binaural mode
Automatic: Remove from charging case and it will automatically turn on
and connect to bluetooth device.
Manual: Press and hold the left and right earphone buttons for 3 seconds
to power on and connect to bluetooth device.
Select “YYK-Q63” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. Enter pairing. A voice will present the word “Continue,” and the indicator light will alternating red/blue flashes and then goes out, indicating success to continue. As soon as the earphones are placed in the charging case, they turn off. It will then begin charging. Once the earbuds are removed from the case, they will immediately turn on and automatically pair and connect to a paired Bluetooth device.
Reset pairing
- Using the one-ear mode will deactivate the binaural mode. If the binaural pair is removed by mistake, please follow the procedure below to reset the pair.
- Phenomenon of binaural pair removal
- After startup, the red/blue lights flash respectively and the phone displays two identical device names; it is not possible to use two earphones at the same time.
- Solution: You need to reset the device manually.

Turn off the Bluetooth function of your phone. Before turning off, please cancel all previously connected
Cancel all the previously connected device names “YYK-Q63”. -
Remove the left and right earphones from the case and manually press and hold the button for 5 seconds to power off.

With the device shut down, manually press and hold the multi-function button on the left and right earphones for 10 seconds. Press and hold for 10 seconds. After the red and blue lights flash twice.

Put the left and right earphones back into the charging case and check if the charging mode is activated.

Remove the left and right earphones from the charging case at the same time and connect them to your phone.
FAQ
Bluetooth not found
- The Bluetooth communication distance is 10 m. Make sure there are no obstacles in between and the distance to the smart phone. Smartphones and earphones should be used in close proximity.
- Other smartphones or devices may already be connected to the earpiece. If this is the case, first release the bearing with the connected smartphone/device.
- If the connection problem has not been resolved, try rebooting the Bluetooth device and resetting the earphones.
- If the earphones do not find the device within 5 minutes of turning it on. It will automatically shut down.
- When connecting to another phone, the earpiece must first search for the previously connected device and then wait for about 2 minutes.
Charging problems
- Make sure that there is no problem with the charging cable or the adapter for charging, and that the charging cable is inserted correctly.
- There is a possibility of poor contact. Press the left and right earphones with your fingers, and make sure the charging contact points of the left and right earphones are fully connected to the charging case.
- The charging contact points on the left and right earphones may have dirt, dust, or sweat on them. Wipe with a cloth.
- When you hear the “Battery low” message, please charge the earphones. When the LED display on the case reaches the number “10”, please charge the case. Please be careful not to run out of power in the earphones and charging case. This may shorten the life of the built-in lithium battery.
The built-in lithium battery may shorten the usage life of the earphones.
Automatic shutdown
Please make sure that the earphones are fully charged. In addition, please
make sure that earphones will automatically shut down 10 minutes after
Bluetooth is disconnected. In this case, please put them back in the charging
case or press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to turn on the
power.
Only one headset has sound
First reset the earphones and restart your smartphone.
Delete the Bluetooth connection history of the smartphone, and then search and
try pairing again. If the problem persists, please try the following steps.
- remove the left and right earphones from the charging case and press and hold the multi-function button for about 5 seconds to turn off the earphones.
- manually press and hold the multi-function button on the left and right earphones for 10 seconds until the red and blue lights turn on twice and release your finger.
- put the left and right earphones back into the charging case and check to see if the charging mode is activated.
- Remove the left and right earphones from the charging case at the same time.
- delete the connection history of the smart phone, then search and pair again.
When the sound is intermittent
- Check to see if the smartphone’s Internet connection is working properly or if the songs are still downloading due to slow Internet connection speed.
- Check that the smartphone is not connected to two audio devices at the same time. Press the multifunction button twice to switch the connection.
- The Bluetooth transmission range is 10 meters. Make sure that there are no obstacles in between and that the smart phone is far away from the earpiece. Keep the smartphone and earphones close to each other.
- There may be too much radio interference or a strong magnetic field in the surrounding environment. These environments can affect Bluetooth communication.
- Open the Bluetooth interface menu of the smart phone, click “Unpair” to delete the pairing history, and then search for and pair the smart phone again.
- Reboot the smart phone to reset the earpiece.

- Do not handle this product roughly. Do not eject heavy objects into the earphones, and do not place the earphones in a high temperature and humidity environment.
- Do not place this product in the presence of WIFI, routers or other high frequency transmitting equipment.

Dangerous

- Never use headphones while riding a bicycle, car, motorcycle, etc. Doing so may cause a traffic accident.

- Use and store the product in a place with little moisture or dust as it may cause heat generation, ignition, or electric shock. When using this product, do not raise the volume too high. Using the product at a loud volume that irritates the ears for a long period of time may adversely affect hearing. If the volume is turned up too high from the beginning, a sudden loud sound may irritate your ears, turn up the volume gradually.
- Do not cover the unit with blankets or clothing while charging or using it.
- Doing so may cause overheating or fire.
- Do not use the product if the USB cable is damaged or the terminals are loose, as this may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not use the product near a fire or stove, in a car, in the bathroom, or in any other place subject to high temperatures or high humidity.
- Doing so may cause overheating, fire, or explosion.
