Product Information

The YYK-Q7 1 Bluetooth 5.3 Earbuds are a wireless audio device that allows you to listen to music and make phone calls. They come with a charging case and feature Bluetooth 5.3 technology for seamless connectivity.

Product Usage Instructions

Charging

To charge the earbuds:

1. Insert the earbuds into the charging case properly.
2. The earbuds will power off and start charging.

To charge the charging case:

1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging case.
2. Use a 5V/1A adapter (not included) to charge the charging case.

Note: The charging case has a power display that shows the charging status. When fully charged, the display will show 100%.

Power On/Off

Automatically Power On/Off:

1. Take the earbuds out from the charging case.
2. The earbuds will power on automatically and enter pairing mode.
3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case to disconnect power automatically.

Manually Power On/Off:

1. If the earbud is out of the charging case and powered off, press and hold it for 5 seconds to power on.
2. To power off, disconnect the Bluetooth with your device and press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds. Both earbuds will power off simultaneously.

How to Wear

1. Clip the earbuds on your ear and adjust them to the most comfortable angle.

Bluetooth Connection

Prior to first use (or if not in use for a long time), please charge both earbuds and the charging case fully.

First Time Pairing:

1. Take the twin earbuds out of the charging case.
2. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone and search for YYK-Q7 1.
4. Once connected, the LED light of both earbuds will turn off.

Note: If the earbuds are not connected to your device for over 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.

1. Please dry the sweat of the headset before putting it back into the headset.
2. Please be careful to align the speaker part of the headset to the inside of your ear.

Earbuds Charging

To Charge Earbuds

• Insert the Earbuds into charging case properly, they will power off get charged.

Charging Case Charging

• (There is a Type-C charging cable in the small black paper box inside the packing box.)
• Please use the provided Type-C cable with a 5V/1A adapter (not included)to charge the charging case.
• During charging,the charging case power display when they are fully charged .The number will be 100%.

Tips

• If the earbuds are not able to be charged or turned on, that may because there is oxidized layer or something else on the chargingconnector or charging pin.
• You can solve this problem by deaning the magnet connector on earbuds and charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.

Power On/Off

Automatically Power On/Off

• Take the earbuds out from the charging case, and they will power on automatically and enter pairing mode.
• Put the earbuds back into the charging case, they will disconnect power automatically.

Manually Power On/Off

• If the earbud is out of the charging case and powered off, thenpress hold it for 5s,it will power on.
• Disconnect the Bluetooth with your device, press hold eitherearbud for 5s, both earbuds will power off at the same time.

Bluetooth Connection

• Prior to first use (or not in use for long time),please charge both earbuds and charging case fully.

First Time Pairing

• Step 1: Take twin earbuds out of charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
  • At this time,led indicator of master earbud will flash Blue Red light alternately,and the vice earbud led indicator flashes Blue light quickly.
• Step 2: Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “YYK-Q71”.
  • Once connected,the led light of both earbuds goes off.

Note: If the earbuds are not connected to your device over 5 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Factory Restore Setting

When should I reset?

• When only one side play music.
• When you can’t find “YYK-Q71″on the device.
• When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues.

How to reset?

• Delete “YYK-Q71″record from the Bluetooth menu on your device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
• Make sure the charging case has power or being plugged into a power supply.
• Insert both earbuds into the charging case to get charged.
• Press and hold both earbuds for 8 secs at the same time to clean the pairing record with the last device.
  • (*During this period,both earbuds’LED will flash Red Blue light once, then turn to Red light to get charge again.)
• Now turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device,search and connect the earbuds,they will work properly.

Note: If it still doesn’t work,please repeat the steps to try again.

Operation

• x1: Click Once
• ×2: Click 2 Times
• 1S: Press and hold for 2 seconds

Warning: Wipe and dry charging contacts if earbuds can’t be charge.

Safety Instruction

1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.
2. Do not use it while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
3. Do not use earphones in thunderstorm weather, the earphone may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
4. Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone.
5. If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe them away
6. If submersed in water, do not turn the earphone on until completely dried. (Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
7. Keep the earphone and packaging out of reach of children.
8. Please use the original charging cable provided by the earphone manufacturer for charging and choose the right adapter.

FAQ

Q: Why these earbuds can not pair with my mobile phones?

1. A: Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
2. Please make sure the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on.
3. If the above 2 points have no problem, please put earbuds into the case again and close the case, hold on for min, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?

A: First, please do not let the distance between these earbuds and your phone more than 33 feet (without obstacle). If the distance is less than 33 feet, Please note 2 tips below:

1. Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your device.
2. Please make sure there is no Microwave oven Wifi transmitter around you, which is more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in a signal interruption.

Q: Why do the earbuds can not be charged and not disconnected from my phone even earbuds are put into the case and I have dosed the case.

• A: Please make sure the charging case is not in low battery, if the charging case is in low battery, earbuds can not be charged and not disconnected even though they are in the case. So, please use the type- cable to charge the case fully.
