 Safety instructions

  •  When using this product, observe the applicable local traffic laws and regulations.
  •  Take care that components such as airbags, safety areas, controls, instruments, etc., and visibility is not blocked or restricted.
  •  Do not allow yourself to be distracted by the product when driving a vehicle. Always pay attention to the surrounding traffic and your environment.
  •  Protect the product from dirt, moisture, and overheating and use it in dry environments only.
  •  Don’t drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
  •  Don’t operate the product outside the power limits specified in the technical data.
  •  Don’t modify the device in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.
  •  Don’t continue to operate the product if it is visibly damaged.
  •  Use the product only for the intended purpose
  • As with all electrical products, this device should be kept out of the reach of children.
  •  Do not bend or crush the cable.
  •  Always pull directly on the plug when disconnecting the cable, never on the cable itself.
  •  Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters, other heat sources, or in direct sunlight.
  •  Dispose of packaging material immediately in accordance with the locally applicable regulations.
  •  Only use the article under moderate climatic conditions.
  •  Don’t use the product in areas in which electronic products are not permitted.

Risk of electric shock

  •  Don’t open the device or continue to operate it if it becomes damaged.
  •  Don’t use the product if the charging cable, adapter cable, or power cable is damaged.
  •  Don’t attempt to service or repair the product yourself. Leave any and all service work to qualified experts.

 Operation

Note -12V,24Vvehicle electrical systems

The charger is suitable for 12 Vand 24 Vehicle electrical systems.

Warning -connecting devices

  •  Before connecting the device, check whether it can be adequately supplied with the charger’s current capacity.
  •  Ensure that the power of the connected device does not exceed 20 W.
  • Note the instructions in your device’s operating manual.
  •  Plug &go: No manual setup is necessary, just connect and start:
  • Voltage and power are automatically configured by Power Delivery.
  •  For efficient and optimized charging, the Power Delivery (PD) function must be supported by your terminal device.
  •  With the large quantity of PD-enabled terminal devices with different firmware versions, it can happen that the function is not fully supported.

Unless different instructions have been expressly given in the operating instructions for the devices you are charging, proceed as follows:

  • Connect your device to the USB charging socket using a suitable USB cable.
  • Then connect the charger to the onboard electrical system’s car socket.
  •  The charging process is displayed on your device.
  • Disconnect the device from the charger if you wish to interrupt the charging process or when the device is fully charged.
  •  Then disconnect the charger from the line connection.
  • When charging the rechargeable batteries in the device, note the maximum charging times for the built-in batteries.

Note -car battery

With some vehicles, it can happen that power continues to be supplied even though the ignition has been switched off. You should therefore disconnect the product from the line connection when not in use to protect your car battery from being drained.

Care and maintenance

Only use soft, dry towels to clean the product.

NOTE

Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning and during prolonged periods of non-use.
