Important tips for getting started
- Make sure that the earbuds are fully charged before use.
- Make sure to use correct size eartips. If the eartips are too big or too small for your ear canals to create an airtight seal, they can’t properly cancel the noise.
- Please note the mode switch buttons
Mode switch buttons
There is a black mode switch button on the surface of each earbud between the
gold charging contacts. This small mechanical button needs to be pressed on
both earbuds (note that the buttons may feel a little stiff initially or hard
to press because it is so small). The difference between “Hearing” and
“Silent” modes should be clearly audible.
Still hearing noise?
The active noise cancelling that QuietOn uses is remarkable effective, but it won’t eliminate all sound completely. Some audible noise may still be detectable.
