Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Mouse is not working | Check slider switch, it should be set up to “ON” |
Make sure that the USB receiver is installed into the USB port properly and
the distance to the mouse is less than 10 m
Check the polarity of the battery inside the mouse
Check batteries, replace them with new ones if needed
