Congratulations on your purchase of the BluDento BLT-HD True Hi-Fi BT Music Receiver. The following pages explain the features and operation of the BLT- HD. Please take a few moments to read this user guide.

OVERVIEW
Enjoy a limitless universe of high-definition digital music through your
existing Hi-Fi audio system. BLT-HD streams the highest quality audio
wirelessly from your BT-enabled device to any music system or powered
speakers.
BLT-HD is a true high fidelity component that uses high-end Qualcomm®aptX™ HD
/ AAC / SBC audio streaming codecs and audiophile-grade DAC to unleash all the
clarity, crispness and full emotional impact your Hi-Fi stereo system can
deliver. Unlike standard BT receivers, BLT-HD provides ultimate wireless
freedom with the longest wireless range.

QUICK SETUP
Setup and pairing is really easy. The following instructions will help you
connect
BLT-HD to your music system and pair with your tablet, computer, or
smartphone.
STEP 1: Connect audio cables from the BLT-HD rear panel to your music system
audio input.
STEP 2: Connect a power adapter (excluded) to BLT-HD with the included power
supply cable and plug the power adapter (excluded) into an AC outlet.
BLT-HD will automatically go into pairing mode. The LED light will start
flashing to indicate the unit is now ready to be paired.
STEP 3: Turn ON BT on your device and go to BT preferences.
STEP 4: Scan listed BT devices and select “BLT-HD” to pair and connect. The
LED indicator should turn solid.
STEP 5: Make sure your Hi-Fi audio system is turned on and the proper input
source is selected.
STEP 6: The music on your smart device will now play through your Hi-Fi audio
system.
Disconnect BLT-HD from a paired device and put it back into pairing mode.
Repeat Steps 3 to 6 to add additional devices. BLT-HD can connect to TWO smart
devices at a time but is capable of remembering up to 8 devices.
HOW TO PAIR TWO PHONES
- Power on BluDento Bluetooth receiver
- Enable Bluetooth on the 1st phone, search and connect to “BLT-HD”
- After pairing successfully, disable Bluetooth on the 1st phone. BluDento will enter pairing mode again.
- Pair BluDento to the 2nd phone in the same way.
- After pairing successfully, enable Bluetooth on the 1st phone, and click to connect “BLT-HD” again.
- Now both 2 phones are connected to BluDento.
NOTE: Only 1 phone can play at a time, you have to pause the other.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep the product dry to avoid affecting the interior circuitry of the product.
- High temperatures will shorten the life of the electronic device.
- Don’t expose to extreme temperatures, it may damage the internal circuit board.
- Don’t drop the product.
- Don’t put the product in direct sunlight or place in hot areas.
- Don’t use chemicals or detergents to clean the product.
- Don’t take the product apart or the warranty will be voided.
- Using the product at excessive volumes may cause permanent hearing damage. You can get the most out of your equipment and enjoy the great audio performance even at safe levels.
- Due to isolating characteristics of the product, do not use the product at excessive volume while driving or in any other activity where failure to hear surrounding sounds could be dangerous.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
My device does not pair with BLT-HD.
- Ensure that BT is turned ON on your device.
- Make sure that the LED indicator is blinking and your device is as close to BLT-HD as possible.
- Restart the BLT-HD and cycle BT on your device in order to re-establish the connection.
The LED Indicator is solid, but I cannot connect my device.
- Check whether no other devices are connected. If so, either disconnect or turn off BT on the other devices till it flashes, then tries connecting.
- Close the BT function of all your BT devices and open them again.
The sound quality is poor and/or the audio is cutting out.
- Move your device or BLT-HD away from cordless phones, routers, microwave ovens, or other BT devices.
- Try moving your device closer to BLT-HD.
- Turn off your device’s Wi-Fi.
- Try unpairing and repairing your device to BLT-HD.
- Check that your device’s OS is updated to the latest version.
Only one channel plays music.
- Check the cables between BLT-HD and your stereo system.
- Check your BT device, music player APP, and home theater to ensure that the audio balance is centered. If you have any further queries please contact us at eshop@bludento.com
The LED indicator is solid and my device is connected but there is no audio output.
- Ensure that the BLT-HD output is correctly connected to your audio system.
- Check whether the audio source is correctly selected on your music system (Analog audio or digital optical/coaxial input).
- Verify the volume levels on your BT device, player APP, and home theater. Please confirm all are not mute
- Try unpairing and repairing your device to BLT-HD.
The volume output level from BLT-HD is Low.
- Verify the volume levels on your BT device, player APP.
- Also, check the volume levels on your powered speakers or stereo system. Please confirm all are not on mute.
