Charge Your Device In Right Way
- When the LED indicator flickers in blue, the cell phone is in the process of charging status.
- If the LED indicator keeps solid green, the device is fully charged and the charging plate goes into standby status.
- If the LED indicator is flashing green, it means that the charging is faulty. Please adjust the position of the cellphone or remove the phone case.
Notes

- When the thickness of the phone case reaches 5mm or more case(iWatch case0.8mm or more), the case needs to be removed before charging.
- When charging with a mobile phone case, it might affect heat dissipation. And heat is generated during the charging process. Remove the phone case when charging is recommended.
- lf your Apple Watch can not charge normally, please unplug the phone charging plate and earphones charging base and plug them in again
- The LED indicator shows a green light when charging the watch or earphone alone.
- The LED indicator can be turned on or off manually
- The device has overheating protection. When the temperaturereaches40″C (104″ F), as the self-protection of mobile phones and other devices, the charging speed will be slow and almost impossible to achieve the charging result. When the temperature drops, the charging rate will go back to normal.
- Do not put cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets cards, and grips around the devices to avoid safety hazards caused by overheating of the metal case, and the excessively strong magnetic field of magnetic items will interfere with charging.
- The lower the temperature, the faster the charging speed is in winter than in summer. The usable range of indoor temperature:-1 o•c to 60°C (14°F to 140°F)
- Please keep the product away from humidity and high temperature. Do not place this product in watch or make or make it damp, and do not use this product in high-temperature environments.
