nbb Controls TM2400A Module
Generally
The module TM2400A is intended to be installed in NBB Controls & Components GmbH systems only and it is not commercially available. The usage is in the industrial environment. The further information, technical data, safety instructions and labeling are included in host manuals. The label on the host contains the FCC ID and IC certification number of the module.
FCC Notes
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- this device may not cause harmful interference, and
- this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Controls & Components GmbH may void the FCC authorization to operate this
equipment
Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when
the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment
generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the
user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
Rf exposure
This module complies with the requirements of Part 2.1093, for use at
operating distances of <20 cm
IC Notes
The installer of this radio equipment must ensure that the antenna is located or pointed such that it does not emit RF field in excess of Health Canada limits for the general population; consult Safety Code 6, obtainable from Health Canada’s website www.hcsc.gc.ca/rpb.
RSS Gen Section 6.8
The radio transmitter IC:2634B-TM2400A has been approved by Innovation,
Science and Economic Development Canada to operate with external antenna type
ANT-2.4-CW-HW-T, with the maximum permissible gain 3.2 dBi. Other antenna
types that have a gain greater than the maximum gain indicated are strictly
prohibited for use with this device.
RSS-GEN Section 8.4
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply
with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt
RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause interference
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

operating distances of <20 cm.
