Specific requirement for France : From 1 July 2020, according to “Decree No. 2019-1186 relating to the display of the Specific Absorption Rate of radio equipment” (NOR: SSAP1834791D), the specific absorption rate value (SAR) for any radio equipment with an output greater than 20 mW and which is likely to be used in a reasonably foreseeable manner near the head or at a distance of less than or equal to 20 cm from the human body shall be provided in a legible, intelligible and visible manner in the user manual. This requirement is currently applicable only to mobile phone devices, according to “Decree No. 2010-1207 relating to the display of the Specific Absorption Rate of radio terminal equipment (NOR: SASP1011528D).

The maximum reported* SAR values for body-worn exposure conditions. The device conforms to the requirements of the standards when the maximum reported SAR value is less than or equal to the limit. The SAR10g limit for general population/uncontrolled exposure is 2.0 W/kg for body specified by council recommendation 1999/519/EC Annex II.

The user manual or instruction manual for an intentional radiator shall caution the user that changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. In cases where the manual is provided only in a form other than paper, such as on a computer disk or over the Internet, the information required by this section may be included in the manual in that alternative form, provided the user can reasonably be expected to have the capability to access information in that form.

RF Exposure Requirements
The maximum reported* SAR values for transmitting systems are shown in the table below. The device conforms to the requirements of the standards when the maximum reported SAR value is less than or equal to the limit. The SAR limit specified in FCC 47 CFR part 2 (2.1093) for Body-worn SAR1g is 1.6 W/kg. The minimum antenna distance is for WLAN 90mm and for GSM/UMTS/LTE 190mm.

Asset out in Chapter 4 of the ‘Disposición Técnica IFT-008-2015’, the user manual of any radio equipment for spread spectrum complies with the following conditions:

1. The user manual must be written in Spanish and contains sufficient, clear, and true information, and must not confuse the consumer in terms of Article 32 of the
   Federal Law of Consumer Protection (LFPC).
2. The user manual must contain the following legend or its equivalent in a remarkable position:

The user’s manual has to be in Russian language (at least a quick installation guide and safety tips).

Decision No. 879, “Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means” (CU TR 020/2011) (same requirements for Decision No. 768 “On the safety
of low-voltage equipment” (ТР ТС ТС 004/2011)) According to this decision:

14. User manual shall be made in the Russian language and in the official language of the respective member state if it is required by the laws of the member state.
15. User manual shall be executed in hard copy. A set of operating documents in electronic format may be attached therewith. User manual attached to technical devices for non-household purposes may be executed in electronic format only.

• Article 8:
1. The conformity mark shall be affixed on the device and on the user manual.

4. For BSMI safety, rating (voltage and current) and operation temperature.
5. NCC caution statement. The following warning statement should be written in Chinese:

According to Annex 4 of the ‘RRA – Notice on Conformity Assessment of Broadcasting and Communications Equipment, the User Manual should include an overview of the equipment, specifications, configuration, and operation methods of the device.
For equipment subject to EMC standards, only applicable to Class A Equipment (Industrial Broadcasting & Communication Equipment), the user instructions should include:
