Superthotics® relieve pain with every step!

First-time use
Do not put Superthotics® into your shoes until you have read this instruction manual.
If these are your first Superthotics®, we re-commend that you wear them only 1 to 2 hours the first day, 2 to 3 hours the next day and so on until you can wear them comfortably all day long. If you feel discomfort, remove them from your shoes and then wear them the next day without increasing the time. Then continue to gradually increase usage until they are comfor-table.

Selecting the Appropriate Biodynamic Balance Insert
There are three levels of inserts provided with your Superthotics® that correct for different levels of pronation in your feet. Pronation oc-curs when the foot rolls inward as your foot strikes the ground, which means that the foot and ankle are not properly stabilizing the body. To determine which level is best for you, try out each one and see which feels the most comfor-table. If you are unsure, start with the lowest level (Level 1) and then move to Level 2 and then Level 3 to see how they feel. Always wear the level that feels the most comfortable.

Assembling the Biodynamic Balance Level Inserts in the Superthotics®

WARNING:
Use Superthotics® only with the Biodynamic Balance Inserts in place. Always use the same level of Biodynamic Balance Insert in both orthotics unless otherwise instructed by your podiatrist.

Adding an Insert to Your Superthotics®:

A) Make sure to place the left or right insert into the left or right orthotic and the correct LEVEL (1 – Low, 2 – Medium or 3 – High).
B) Make sure to use the same level insert in both orthotics.
C) Slide the insert into the correct slot, so that the top of the insert is touching the top of the slot.
D) Starting with the LEFT ORTHOTIC and, fo-llowing the diagram at right, insert the tab on left insert into the LEFT 1 slot.
E) Now push down gently on the insert, just above the LEFT 2 tab. You might have to bend/wiggle the orthotic a little to allow the tabs on the angle insert to snap into the orthotic.
F) Continue to push down the LEFT 3, LEFT 4 and LEFT 5 tabs, in that order.
G) Repeat steps D, E and F with the RIGHT OR-THOTIC.

Checking to Make Sure You Have the Right Size Superthotics®
Check to make sure your heel fits within the heel cup and not over the edge (see diagram below). If your orthotic is too narrow, you will need to use a larger size Superthotics®. If you have wide feet, you might also need to use a larger size Superthotics®.

Fitting Inside Your Shoe
The Superthotics® orthotic is designed to fit inside even the tightest-fitting shoes. If you experience discomfort with tight-fitting shoes, we recommend that you try your Superthotics® with a pair of looser-fitting shoes first. If your shoe comes with extra padding or built-in ortho-tic support, we recommend that you remove it before installing your Superthotics®.

WARNING:
If you feel pain when wearing Super-thotics®, discontinue use and consult your physician.
People with diabetes or circulation problems should consult their podiatrist or health care professional before using Superthotics® to ensure appropriate foot treatment and care.
