[Indicator Lights Description

  1. CD Power Switch: slide right to tum on and left to tum off.
  2. Bluetooth Channel Indicator: to indicate the Bluetooth channel 1/2.
  3. 2.4G Wireless Channel Indicator: turn green for 3s after switching to the 2.4G wireless mode.
  4. Caps lock Indicator: press “caps lock” key to switch between uppercase and lowercase. Press “F6” key to check the power reminding, and the indicator light flashes once, twice, three times, and four times to indicate that the power is less than 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
  5. Charging Indicator: it stays in red while charging.
  6.  Micro Charging Port: for charging.

Pairing Instruction

A. 2.4G Wireless Connection

  • Step 1. Plug the 2.4G USB receiver into the USB port of the computer.
  • Step 2. Slide the power switch right to power on the keyboard.
  • Step 3. Press the key of to 2.4G wireless mode, and the indicator will turn green for 3 seconds.
  • Step 4. Press fn + QJW to choose system (fn+Q is for iOS and Mac OS,  and fn+W is for Windows and Android)

If fail to connect, please try as below

  • Step 1. Tum off the keyboard and tum on it again.

  • Step 2. Press the key to switch to 2.4G mode.

  • Step 3. Hold and press keys for 5 seconds until the 2.4G indicator quickly flashes green.

  • Step 4. Immediately plug the 2.4G USB receiver into the computer within 1 Os
    and keep the keyboard close to the receiver within 30cm (0.98 ft).

  • Step 5. The 2.4G indicator will tum to be green for 2 seconds and then turn
    off after connection successfully.
    NOTE: if fail to connect, please read the FAQ.
    Bluetooth Wireless Connection
    Pair with 1st device

  • Step 1. Slide the power switch right to power on the keyboard.

  • Step 2. Hold and press the key of  for 5 seconds to pairing mode in channel 1, and the Bluetooth channel 1 indicator will quickly flash blue and start to search for the available Bluetooth device.

  • Step 3. On your Bluetooth device, find the Bluetooth name ” clever IC-DK03 KB” and click to connect it. For example for iPad click “Settings”> “Bluetooth” > Under “MY DEVICES” find pairing name and click to connect it_

  • Step 4. The Bluetooth Channel indicator will be off after successfully paired.

  • Step 5. Press “fn” + “Q”/”W’ keys to choose the system. (fn+Q is for iOS and Mac OS, and fn+W is for Windows and Android)
    Pair with 2″d device

  • Step 1. Slide right to power on the keyboard.

  • Step 2. Hold and press the key of  for 5 seconds to pairing mode in channel 2, and the Bluetooth channel 2 indicator will quickly flash  blue and start to search for the available Bluetooth device.

  • Step 3. On your Bluetooth device, find the Bluetooth name” iClever IC-DK03 KB” and dick to connect it.

  • Step 4. The Bluetooth Channel indicator will be off after successfully paired. Step 5. Press ”fn” + “Q”fW” keys to choose the system (fn+Q Is for 105 and Mac OS, and fn+W Is for Windows and Android)

 If fail to connect, please try as below:

  • Step 1. Delete the connection records with iClever keyboard. For example for iPad dick “Settings”> “Bluetooth” > under “MY DEVICE” to delete the iClever keyboard connection record.
  • Step 2. Turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to Refresh. For example for iPad click “Settings”> “Bluetooth” > if the on-screen switch beside Bluetooth currently show as ON tap it twice to refresh it. Step 3. Connect it again.

Switch among connected devices.
Press the key of  to switch among connected devices.
Re-pair the Bluetooth that has already connected.

Hold and press the key of for 5 seconds again to re-pair.

Keys and Functions

Your keyboard has by default access to the Media and Hotkeys such as Volume Up, Play/Pause, Volume down, and so on. If you prefer to have direct access to F-keys simply press [TI on your keyboard to swap them .

sleep Mode

The keyboard will enter sleep mode if idle for 30 minutes.
Press any key to exit sleep mode and wait for 3 seconds.

charge the Keyboard

Charge the device with the included USS cable.

  • Output: DC 5V/200mA; USB charger is not included.
  • In the charging, the indicator will stay in red. Generally, it takes about 2 hours to get fully charged.

  1. For Bluetooth Compatibility: Windows 8/10 PC and laptop with Bluetooth host, Mac, Android, iOS.
    Note: it is not fully compatible with Mac mini smart TV and Xbox.

  2. For 2.4G Wireless Compatibility: Windows 7/8/10 PC and laptop.

Q: Is this keyboard fully compatible with MacbookliMac?

A: No, it is not fully compatible. The keys of Bare not working for Macbook and iMac.

Q: Is this keyboard fully compatible with iPhone/iPad?
A: No, it is not fully compatible. The keys of “‘are not working for iPhone and iPad.

Q: My keyboard fails to connect by 2.4G mode.

  • Ensure you already press the key of B.
  • Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, or something similar.
  • Charge the keyboard for 30 minutes.
  • Move the receiver to a different USB port on your computer.
  • Try on a different computer.
  • Restart your device.

Q: My keyboard fails to connect by Bluetooth mode.

  • Ensure the device you are trying to pair with is Bluetooth wireless-capable.
  • Delete/remove previous Bluetooth connection record and turn off the Bluetooth function on your devices and tum it on again.
  • Ensure you already hold and press the button of G / G for 5 seconds until the indicator flashing blue.
  • Charge the keyboard for 30 minutes.
  • Try a different device.

Q: Delay typing in Win 10.

  1.  Use Windows shortcut keys Win + R to open Run.
  2. Type into control and hit the Enter key. This will launch Control Panel. (Note: If you cannot type into the proper letters, it is recommended to use the on-screen keyboard.)
  3. View by Small icons. Click the Keyboard.
  4. In Keyboard Properties, adjust the slider of Repeat delay to an appropriate situation that is close to Long. Adjust the slider of Repeat rate to an appropriate situation that is close to Slow.
  5. Click the Apply and the OK button to save the changes. Restart the computer and try typing a word to see if the double or multiple letters issue still persists.

Q: Keyboard frequently get disconnected, laggy when typing, responds lntennlttently, device connection drops, device cannot be connected at all.

  1. Restart your Bluetooth device.
  2. Make sure that your iClever device and computer are within close proximity of each other.
  3. Try moving away at least 8 inches (20 cm) from metal and other sources of wireless signal. Try moving away from:
    • Any device that could emit wireless waves: Microwave, cordless phone, baby monitor, wireless speaker, garage door opener, WiFi router
    • Computer power supplies
    • Metal or metal wiring in the wall
  4. Do not use your wireless keyboard on metal surfaces.
  5. Charge your iClever keyboard for 30 minutes. Low battery power can adversely affect connectivity and overall functionality.
  6. Check if there are any updates running in the background that may cause the delay.
  7. Make sure your operating system (OS) is up to date.
  8. Try on a different computer/smartphone/tablet.

If the problem still persists, you will need to contact us follow specific steps based on your device operating system.
Q: How to Fix Keyboard Typing Multlple Letters on Windows 10.

  • Turn on the Filter Keys:
  • Click win key > Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard >
  • find “Use Filter Keys”, turn it on.

Q: How to Fix Keyboard Typing Multiple Letters on Mac.

  1.  On a Mac, choose the Apple menu > “System Preferences>, click “Keyboard”, and choose the Keyboard tab.
  2. Locate the “Key Repeat” slider setting and adjust it to the “Off’ position.
  • Keep away from oil, chemical, liquid, and snacks.
  • Keep away from sharp objects.
  • Keep away from metal and other sources of wireless signal.
