FIBER OPTICAL CONNECTION TYPE

Note: External CD changer will be disabled after installing Mr12volt P-2000 as it uses its fiber optical connection as a audio source, giving it perfect sound quality

Below show 3 variable connections on fiber optical cable, check on the type that suits your radio

Additional tips:
It is necessary to swap the outer casing of BMW F.O. connector with the package supplied connector to make an identical fit

HOW TO SWITCH TO P-2OOO MENU

• Audi MMI 2G – Select “MR12VOLT” in CD Changer menu to switch
• Audi MMI 3G – Select”MR12VOLT”in Media menu to switch
• For BMW-Select”CD1″in CD changer menu to switch|
•  For Audi – Press “Media” button to exit or re-enter P-2000 mode
•  For BMW – Press menu button on i-Drive knob to exit or re-enter P-2000 mode

OPERATION MENU OVERVIEW

1.  Music- Play MP3 music through USB

2.  CarPlay- It is available in Wired and Wire I es

   •  Wireless: Requires both Bluetooth and Wi Fi conneciton
   •  Wired: Requires a genuine cable for stable connection

3.  Android Auto – It is available in wired and wireless

   • Wireless: Requires both Bluetooth and Wi Fi conneciton
   •  Wired: Requires a genuine Apple cable for stable connection
   • CarPlay & Android Auto Wired or Wireless connection can be selected in setting
   • Go to Setting-System-Factory Mode-Phone Link setting-Select the desired settings and Apply-Return to factory mode and choose Reboot to refresh new settings.

4. Mirroring

   •  Download “Mlink” mobile application fromwww.mrl2volt.com –
   • How to use mirroring: Connect Bluetooth — Go to Mirroring and choose phone type –Turn on phone hotspot, set network name & password as shown on mirroring screen display –Switch Band to SG — Go to Mlink app
   • and start mirroring function Bluetooth connection must be connected at all time when using mirroring

5.  Bluetooth – Music Streaming & Hands free ( Turn on Bluetooth on phone and pair “Mr12volt_xxxx”)
   Note: It does not support the split Bluetooth function of original car Hands free after P-2000 Bluetooth is connected

6. Video – Play video through USB

7. Video in – For external device such as Game console, Video player
