How to synchronize time?
First Use: Please charge for 1-2 hours first.Long press the button to open the
tracker Synchronization Time: This fitness tracker automatically synchronizes
the phone’s time, language, and “12/24 hour format” through APP. (download APP
through App Store or Google Play or the QR code in the user manual).
Please enter your height, weight, and age in APP, it can better calculate your
steps, calories, steps, heart rate, and body temperature.
You can set alarms, sedentary reminders, reminders for drinking water, call &
message notifications, etc. In APP.
Turn on smart notifications(Solution for
WhatsApp only notification but no text content)
Agree to the permission of the mobile phone pop-up window. (For Example: Open
the SMS reading permission of the APP, etc.)
Reminder: Make sure that the APP is running in the background of the
phone, not in the “sleeping” state.
You need to open the background running permission of the mobile phone APP.

How to change “km” to “mile”, time format (24-hour system or 12-hour
system)
Set in the APP.
You can set the phone time to display as “12/24 hour system”, and the bracelet will automatically synchronize the phone time system
Do not disturb mode: Automatically turn off the function of “raise your
wrist to brighten the screen” at night.
Turn on the Do Not Disturb mode and customize the set time period.
Pedometer, Temperature, Heart Rate
Pedometer: This tracker uses a three-axis accelerator and AI algorithm to
calculate your steps. (AI algorithm: It ignores some arm swings in life, such
as computer typing, raising the wrist to look at the watch, etc.)
You can go straight for 200 steps to check whether the number of steps of this
tracker has increased by 200 steps.
You can wear other more authoritative pedometers on the same wrist (controlled
variable method). After a day, check whether the number of steps is close. We
tested Samsung bracelets and Xiaomi bracelets under the same conditions. After
a day of step counting, the error was within 10%.
Skin Temperature : This tracker measures the temperature through the temperature sensor on the back, which changes the resistance through temperature conduction to the metal sheet, and then measures it after wearing it for a few minutes. When your skin temperature is fully transmitted to the sensor, the measurement result will be more accurate.
Heart Rate : This is the best place to measure your heart rate. Wear it for a few minutes before measuring, keep still during the measurement, the measurement result will be more accurate.
