  1. Charging Failed: It was actually plugged in backwards! Make sure the metal on the tracker is facing the metal of the USB port. After charging is successful, the tracker will vibrate and charging symbol will appear on the screen.

  2. Tracker and APP cannot keep connected: Please check the operation guide of APP background operation on APP-RUNMEFIT.

  3.  Time setting: After successfully connecting the tracker to APP-RUNMEFIT, the tracker will automatically synchronize the time on the mobile phone.

  4. Will not sync to phone: Check that the name of the APP is ‘RUNMIFIT (They have the difference between ME and MI) RUNMEFIT Instead of

Upgrading the APP to the latest version can permanently solve this problem.
