Note: When the headphones and device have been paired once, they will automatically connect when the headphon es is on and Bluetooth is activated on the device.

Make sure that the headphones are turned off and are within 1 meter of your device, then press and hold the Multifunction button until the LED indicator flashes red and white alternately (about 5 seconds) then release the Multifunction button.

Activate Bluetooth on your device.

On your device, open Settings.

Select Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is off, turn it on.
The device will search for new devices automatically. -
Select “KOSS BT740iQZ” from the device menu.
Pair Another Device
Multipoint technology enables you to pair another device and take a call from
either.
To pair a second device, follow the “Pair one device” instructions again. When
the headphones are restarted, they will pair with both devices.
Call switching
When the first phone receives a call, press the Multifunction button once to answer it. If the second device receives a call, you can answer the second call by double-clicking the Multifunction button, which places the first call on hold.
Call
- Answer a call
- Press the Multifunction button once.
- Reject a call
- Press and hold the Multifunction button for 2 seconds.
- End Call
- Press the Multifunction button once.
- End current call and answer a new call
- When a new call rings during a call, press the Multifunction button once to answer the new call and end the current call simultaneously.
- Place the current call on hold and answer a new call
- When a new call rings during a call, double press the Multifunction button to answer the new call and place the current call on hold
- Reject the new call on hold the current call
- If a new call comes in during an active call,long-press the Multifunction button for 2 seconds to reject the new call and keep the active call
- Switch between the headphones and device
- Press the Multifunction button for about 2 seconds during a call to switch to the mobile phone. Redo this operation to switch back to the headphones
- Calling with voice assistant
- In standby mode, double press the Multifunction button, wait for device prompt, and tell the device to dial the name of a stored contact
Music
Music Play/Pause
Press the Multifunction button once to play/pause music. (Some devices may require you to start a media player first.)
Next Track/Previous Track
- Long press the Volume + for 2 seconds once to skip Next Track,
- Long press Volume – for 2 seconds once to skip Previous Track.
Volume Up/Volume Down
- Short press the Volume + to incrementally increase the volume.
- Short press the Volume – to incrementally decrease the volume.
Note: Media player is needed to support this functionality.
Basic Operation
Charging
It takes 2.5 hours to fully charge headphones. The red indicator light is always on during charging;The red light will go out immediately after unplugging the charging cable; When fully charged, the red light goes out and the white light stays on.
Note : The lifetime of the battery will be significantly reduced if your headphones are left uncharged for a long period of time. We recommend that vouurecharae vouir headphones at least once a month.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
When powered on and/ or connected to device via audio cable
- ANC LOW: Long press ANC button for 2 seconds
- ANC HIGH: Long press ANC button again for 2 seconds
- ANC OFF: Long press the ANC button again for 2 seconds
Ambient Sound
- When ANC is ON
- AMBIENT SOUND ON: Short press the ANC button
- AMBIENT SOUND OFF: Short press the ANC button again

Saftey and Care
- Using earphone at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised that you keep volume levels moderate to low at all times for your safety.
- Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require you to hear surrounding sounds.
- Do not use headphones during a thunderstorm, the headphones may not work properly under those conditions, and may increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
- Headphones may not work properly in high temperatures or high humidity condition s.
- Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the headphones.
- If the headphones comes in contact with liquid s, quickly wipe away .If submersed in water, do not turn the headphones on until completely dry. Tips: Submersion in liquid voids the warranty.
- Keep the headphones and packaging out of reach of children .
