Important Notice

  •  This product is intended for use in motor vehicle only. DO NOT install the camera where it might block the driver’s view of road (including the mirrors) or the deployment of the airbag.
  •  As default, The A lens is facing backward, used to record inside of car; The B lens is facing forward, used to record outside of the car, cover the road.
  •  Before using this camera, please format the memory card in the computer (select 32 KB unit size to format it), then insert the memory card first, and format the memory card in camera menu.
  •  This camera records video at high resolution, Be sure to use high speed Micro SD card, memory card with writing speed over Class 10 or above is recommended, 32GB or 64GB cards are recommended.
  •  For safety reasons, this camera has a relatively small built-in battery. It’s used only for parking monitor(optional) and saving the video file after external power supply cuts of( car turns off).
  •  Be sure the camera lens is clean and there is nothing blocking the lens.
  •  DO NOT leave the camera in direct sunlight for a long period of time or where the temperature could go above 170℉ (75℃).
  •  WIFI and GPS are optional, not including the standard configuration.

Set up and Installation

  •  Use the 3M holder sticker mount or suction cup mount to install the B-T47 dash cam on the windshield, recommended position is near the rearview mirror near the passenger seat, adjust both lens angle for best coverage.
  •  Plug the included power adapter into the car cigarette lighter socket, the indicator will light up meaning power is on.
  •  Connect the power adapter and the dash cam, and route the excess cable alongside the interior trim for better looking.
  •  Start your car, the camera will automatically power on, check the lens angle and coverage, make sure all functions works well before going on the road.

Function Description

  • Power on/off:
  •  Power on: The device will automatically enter video recording mode when press the Power Button or connect the device to car charger.
  •  Power off: Press and hold the power button until “Goodbye” appears on the screen.
  • After the car breaks down, the device will automatically power off when the car charger stops supplying power.

Video Recording mode:

  •  Power on: The device will automatically enter video recording mode when press the Power Button or connect the device to car charger.
  •  The Red Indicator on front of unit will illuminate and blink.
  •  The recording icon will change to red and blinking, it means the device is recording video normally.
  •  Press the power button will stop recording.
  •  The Red Indicator on front of device will stop blinking.
  •  The Red icon “ ” will disappear, it means the device has stopped recording.
  •  Press the power button again will start the device recording again.

Photo Mode:

  •  When the device is in the standby state (when recording is stopped), press the menu button about 2 seconds until the photo icon appears on the top of the screen, it means the device is in the photo mode.
  •  Press and release power button to take a photo.

Playback Mode:

  •  When the device is in the standby state (when recording is stopped), press the menu button about 2 seconds until the photo icon appears on the top of the screen, it means the device is in the playback mode.
  •  Press the up/down button ▼/▲ to select your desired file. If you want to play a video file, please press the power button to play video. Recording adjustment:
  •  When recording video, press menu button to lock the current file. The will appear on the LCD Display. The locked file cannot be deleted.
  •  When recording video, press up button ,you can switch screen display.

Setting

Video:

  •  Press the menu button to enter the Video settings menu.
  •  Using the ▼/▲ Buttons to select and highlight the function you would like to adjust. Press the menu button again to enter the subsequent menus.
  •  Press menu button again to enter the System settings menu.
  •  Press menu button again to exit the menu interface.
  • Press the power button to enter or confirm the settings.

Video Settings

  •  Resolution (To set or reset the resolution of the video): 3MHD P30/FHD P60/FHDP30/3MHD P30+HDP30/FHD P30+FHD P30/FHD P30+HD P30/HD P30+FHD P30

  • Loop recording
    Options: off/1min/3mins/ 5mins/10mins Save the video for the setting time. When the card is full, the oldest video will be automatically overwritten.

  • HDR

  • Options: On/Off

  • If HDR is on, the highlights and shadows on the video can be displayed with richer details. The larger the dynamic range, the richer the levels.
    Exposure

  • To set or reset the exposure level as desire. This will cause the video become dark or bright.
    G-sensor

  • Options: Off/Low/Medium/High If the G Sensor is activate, when over limitation braking/shocking/vibration occurring during recording. The existing recording video file will be automatically entered to locked mode.
    Motion Detection

  • Options: On/Off If Motion Detection is on, the device will record a 15 seconds video when the sensor detects any movement in front of the device.
    Record Audio

  • Options: On/Off Set to On or Off as desire. If set to Off, no sound will be record.
    Date Stamp

  • Options: On/Off Set to On or Off as desire. If On is selected, the date and time will imprint and record on video. System Settings:

WIFI

  • Options: On/Off
    Set or close WIFI. The method to connect WIFI you can check: Install and use WIFI

  • Date/Time
    Set or reset the actual time and day.

  • Night Mode
    Options: On/Off/auto
    If Night Mode is on, the IR light will be turned on. It will have good video effect when you at night, even there isn’t lamp. IR mode is only for the in- car, the recording video will be black and white.

  • Screen Saver
    Options: Off/15 Sec/30 Sec/1 min If you set the screen saver time, the screen will enter blank screen according to the setting time to protect screen.

  • Delay Power Off
    Options: Off/5 Sec/10 Sec /15Sec If you set the delayed power off time, when the device is powering off, the  setting time will be extended and then power off to confirm the integrality of the last video.

  • Beep Sound
    Options: On/Off To turn on/off beep sound when press the buttons.

  • Language
    Options: English/French/Spanish/Portuguese/German/Italian/Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese/Russian/Japanese. To select the language you want. (On the screen display)

  • Frequency
    Options: 50Hz/60Hz To set or reset the frequency of the AC power to reduce interference of fluorescent lights (In the USA and Canada, set it to 60Hz).

  • Parking monitor
    Option:Off/low/middle/high If the parking monitoring function is turned on, the device is power off. When the vehicle is impacted by a certain amount of force, the device will automatically start for 15 seconds recording, then automatically power off again. And it will start recording again at the next collision, and so on. When the car starts, the recording will become normal long recording.

  • Format
    This function will format (erase all data) the Micro SD Card. Warning: When formatting the card, all files will be erased. Upload all files you would like to save to your PC BEFORE you start to format the card.

  • Default Setting
    Reset all settings to factory preset. Please set it carefully, the original personalized setting parameters will not exist after setting.

  • Version
    To check the device version.

Photo Settings

  •  In the photo mode, short press the menu button to enter photo menu mode.
    •  Use the up/down button ▼/▲to select the function you would like to adjust. Press the power button to enter the subsequent menus.
    •  Press the Button to enter the System settings menu.
    •  Press the Button again to exit the menu mode.
    •  Press the power button to enter or confirm the settings.
  • Capture Mode:
    • Options: Single/2S timer/5S timer/10S timer Single mode: Press the OK button to take a photo immediately. Timed mode: Press the OK button, the device will take a photo after the setting time is up.
    •  Resolution (To set or reset the resolution of the photo):
  • Options:
    •  12M (4032 X 3024 pixels)
    •  10M (3648 X 2736 pixels)
    •  8M (3264 X 2448 pixels)
    •  5M (2592 X 1944 pixels)
    •  3M (2048 X 1536 pixels)
    •  2MHD (1920 X 1080 pixels)
    •  1.3M (1280 X 960 pixels)
    •  VGA (640 X 480 pixels)
  • Quality
    • Options: Fine/ Normal/Economy To set or reset the quality of picture to Fine/Normal/Economy as desire.
    •  ISO
    • Options: Auto/100/200/400 To set or reset it to Auto/100/200/400 as the brightness of background.
    •  Anti-Shaking
    • Options: On/Off If the Anti-Shaking is on, the photo will be clearer and not blurred by hand shaking.
    •  Date Stamp
    • Options: Off/Date/Date&Time To set or reset off/date/date time. If it is on, the date and time will imprint on the picture.
  • Exit
    • Press the power button to Select OK to exit the setting menu mode. Playback Settings:
    •  In the playback mode, short press the menu button to enter playback menu mode.
    •  Use the ▼/▲ buttons to select the function you would like to adjust. Press the power button to enter the subsequent menus.
    •  Press the menu button again to enter the System settings menu.
    •  Press the power button again to exit the menu mode.
    •  Press the power button to enter or confirm the settings.
  • Delete
    • Options: Delete Current/ Delete All Deletes the current files, or all the files on the display as per the on-screen instructions.
    •  Protect
    • Options: Lock Current/Unlock Current/Lock All/Unlock All The Protect function protects a file from being erased accidentally or loop recording to cover. To delete a protected file, it must first be unlocked.
    •  Slide Show
    • Options: 2 Sec/5 Sec/8 Sec To set or reset the time which you play the file via slide show
    •  Exit
    • Press the power button to Select OK to exit the setup menu

Install and use WIFI

  •  Download APP “WitCam” from App store and Google Play
  •  Press to enter system to set up, choose WIFI and open WIFI, it will show SSID name and password in the led display, SSID name is NVT_CARDVcc8cdaa50ee
  •  Open phone set up, and find SSID name (default password is 12345678),input password, and connect WIFI.
  •  Open app “WitCam” in the phone, click and add the device , it can connect to dash camera, then control taking photos, recording by smartphone

Install and use GPS player
To view the GPS map using a mobile phone APP, you need to download the video file in the Dash Camera to the mobile phone for normal viewing. Download the player from below link and install , then open GPS video, with the downloaded player to play it. GPS player downloaded address. http://www.gpsplayer.net/setupzj.html

Connect Computer

  •  Connect the supplied USB Connection Cable to the Mini USB Port on the side of the unit.
  •  Connect the full size USB end of the cable to a USB Port on the Computer.
  •  The unit will automatically power on and display USB modes: “Mass Storage”.
  •  Wait a few moments, the storage folder for the unit will appear on the computer screen.
  •  Follow the on-screen instructions to view, watch, upload or save the files to the PC.
  • NOTE: Compatible computer operation system: Windows XP; Windows Vista; Windows 7; Windows 8 and Windows 10.
