  1. Please read this manual carefully before assembling and using the treadmill. Safe and efficient operation is only possible if the unit is properly assembled, maintained and used. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the unit understand all warnings and precautions.
  2. Before starting any exercise programme, consult your doctor to determine if you have any physical or health problems that may pose a risk to your health and safety, or may prevent you from using the device properly. If you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level, the advice of your doctor is very important.

  7. The safety level of the unit can only be maintained if the unit is regularly inspected for damage or wear.
  8. Follow the instructions for operating the unit. If defective parts are found while assembling or inspecting the unit, or if an abnormal noise is heard from the unit during operation, stop. Do not use the device until the problem is resolved.
  9. Wear appropriate clothing when using the device. Avoid wearing loose clothing that could become entangled in the device or restrict or prevent movement.

How to adjust

  1. Treadmill tilted to the left
If the treadmill is on the left side, turn the left side of the adjusting screw 1-2 turns clockwise to the right, adjust the bolt 1-2 turns counterclockwise, and then stand on the treadmill for a while. If you do not return to the centre position, repeat until you return to the centre position.

  2. Treadmill tilted to the right If the treadmill is on the right side, turn the adjusting screw on the right side clockwise 1-2 times, turn the adjusting screw on the left side counterclockwise 1- 2 times, and then stop walking with the above treadmill for a certain time if it does not return to the centre position, repeat this until you are back in the centre position.

  3. Tight or loose running
If the belt is too tight, the rear bearing will be damaged. Use both sides of the hexagonal bolt to turn anticlockwise 1-2 times. Relax to turn without slipping or pausing. If the belt is loose, use two corners on both sides of the bolt. Turn 1-2 turns clockwise.NORDFALK-42417-Manual-Treadmill-

How to lubricate the treadmill
Treadmills are greased and require regular maintenance of the running surfaces, and running friction belts have a great effect on the life of the treadmill because they send the oil to the underlying belt.

  1. Undo the treadmill slightly.
  2. Put some oil on the baffle plate under the treadmill.
