STYLING WITH THE QUARTZ CERAMIC-COATED EASY-GLIDE PLATES & BARREL
Your new styler has a quartz ceramic-coated, easy-glide surface. This means
it’s not only simpler to clean off styling product residue, etc., after each
use, but you’ll find that hair glides easily over the surface of the plates as
you’re styling. The ceramic surface also helps smooth down flyaways.
It evenly distributes heat so that the style you create has a salon-perfect,
silky smooth, shiny finish.
UNIQUE AIRFLOW SYSTEM
This styling iron features a unique cooling system for the outer barrel. A fan
releases cool air along the outside of the barrel to help set your style and
creates long-lasting curls.
USING INSTANT HEAT, THE 3 HEAT SETTINGS & UNIFORM HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM
This styling iron features a heater that maintains constant temperature during
use for precision styling.
The Instant Heat technology has 3 heat settings. There is a temperature range
that’s gentle and safe for every type of hair, from the finest to the most
resistant, and helps you create the look you want.
If you have fine hair, a low temperature will provide the best results. lf you
have thick, wavy or hard-to-style hair, keep the heat setting on high. Always
test a small section of hair to ensure the proper heat setting for your hair.
You can vary the iron’s temperature according to your particular need!
TEMPERATURE SETTING GUIDE
HAIR TYPE | TEMP. CONTROL |
---|---|
FRAGILE/FINE HAIR | Low (I) – 320°F (160°C) |
MEDIUM/ NORMAL HAIR | Medium (II) – 356°F (180°C) |
WAVY/CURLY HAIR/ COARSE/THICK HAIR | High (III) – 400°F |
(205°C)
OUTER BARREL| Keeps warm with airflow
Conair’s professional salon standards of engineering provide you with a
uniform and improved heat recovery system that maintains the iron at constant
temperatures. There is a constant supply of power to ensure that heat is
continuously and quickly delivered for optimal Styling results, unlike other
units, which lose
heat during use. This provides consistent styling power so that every strand
of your hair is set with the same level of heat and comes out the same way for
a perfect finish.
Never leave your styler on and unattended. However, should you fail to turn the iron off, it will shut itself off automatically within 60 minutes.
