QUICK START GUIDE

GETTING STARTED
- Begin by plugging the power cable into the power cord slot of your mini pc.
- Then, plug your USB keyboard and mouse into the USB slots.
- Next, turn on your monitor or TV and make sure that you have connected the HDMI cable tightly and selected the HDMI input. (wrong input will cause NO Signal issue)
- Finally, press the power button of your mini pc. This action will power up and boot your mini pc.

- Select the languages and regions.
- Keyboard settings.
- Accept the Windows license terms.
- Creating a user account.
FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
- Support 2.4/5Ghz WWI AC.
- Support Bluetooth.
- Support 4K HD resolution.
- Support USB keyboard or mouse.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
*MINI PC power up and shows blue LED but no display on monitor or TV?
- Make sure the HDMI cable from your mini pc to your monitor or TV is tightly connected.
- Make sure your monitor or TV is selected by the HDMI input.
- Change another HDMI cable or Monitor.
*If you have a 32GB version of MINI PC and not enough storage left for windows update?
- Add a Micro SD card for saving files and documents.
- Regularly delete the software distribution folder in the windows directory to keep updates size use down. This folder is used for updates for windows.
- Uninstall any program or app that isn’t needed or used. Once done, there was enough space to update Windows.
*How to reset your MINI PC if you forget the user account password or want a factory reset –
(Please kindly know this action will clean all the data and files from your PC
and can not be restored)
Step 1 : Click the power button, then hold the shift key and click on restart.
Step 2 : Select troubleshoot on this screen.
Step 3 : Select reset this pc.
Step 4 : Select remove everything
Step 5 : Select Just remove my files.
Step 6 : The whole process will take up to 30 minutes, please wait for it patiently.
*How to set automatically power on after power loss?
Step 1 : Power up your MINI PC and press “DEL” to enter BIOS.
Step 2 : Inside the BIOS menu, select the boot option to find a setting
named “automatic power on” and enable this setting.
*If you have a mini pc model that supports 2.5 Inch SSD/HDD but can not
recognize the installed disk?
Step 1 : Make sure that the new disk you added has had the partition
added otherwise Windows will not recognize the disk.
Step 2: You can use the Windows Disk Manager or any partitioning software
to do the job. Once partitioned you should be able to see it and format it
appropriately.
