Safety Instructions

  1. Voltage applied should match the rated voltage of this appliance.
  2. Ensure that the eggs are clean as poor hygiene could lead to failed incubation.
  3. Do not open the lid frequently when the incubator is working.
  4. Before you use the incubator on hatching, run it for 24 hours in advance for warm-up.
  5. Set the egg with the pointy side down.
  6. Don’t place the incubator in environment which is too well-ventilated as the heating temperature might be affected.
  7. Water added should not spill out of the water groove of incubator.
  8. Please add or reduce water according to the indicative humidity.
  9. Use a piece a dry cloth or sponge to absorb the excessive water

The yellow egg turner has already installed into the incubator when leaving factory. Please ensure that the egg turner has been put in place in the incubator in case of misplacement during delivery.

Install the plastic cover on the incubator as shown above.

  1. Connect the power cord to a power outlet. Press the “ON/OFF” button to turn on the incubator. There will be “beep” sound warning that the humidity is low. Please ignore it and press any one button on the operation panel to stop the sound.

  2. Setting Temperature

  3. Press “Set” Button once.

  4. Press “+” or “-” button to select the desired temperature.

  5. Press “Set” to confirm.

  6. Setting Temperature Alarm Range (AL and AH)
    The machine will alarm when the temperature is over or below the alarm temperature range. The high alarm temperature range is the sum of the setting temperate and the value of AH. The low alarm temperature range is the setting temperature subtracting the value of AL.
    For example, if we set the temperature at 37 ℃ and AH at 1 ℃, the appliance will alarm if its temperature reaches over 38℃. Similarly, if we set the temperature at 37 ℃ and AL at 1 ℃, the appliance will alarm if its temperature decreases below 36℃.
    Low Temperature Alarm Range (AL)

  7. Press and hold “Set” button for 3 seconds.

  8. Press “+” or “-” button to select “AL”.

  9. Press “Set” button once.

  10. Press “+” or “-” button to adjust the low temperature alarm range.

  11. Press “Set” button to confirm.

  12. High Temperature Alarm Range (AH)

  13. Press and hold “Set” button for 3 seconds.

  14. Press “+” or “-” button to select “AH”.

  15. Press “Set” button once.

  16. Press “+” or “-” button to adjust the high temperature alarm range.

  17. Press “Set” button to confirm.

  18. Setting Humidity Alarm Parameter (AS)

  19. Press and hold “Set” button for 3 seconds.

  20. Press “+” or “-” button to select “AS”.

  21. Press “Set” button once.

  22. Press “+” or “-” button to adjust the humidity alarm parameter.
    If the temperature reading on the display panel is different from the actually one, you can calibrate the readings.

  23. Press and hold “Set” button for 3 seconds.

  24. Press “+” or “-” button to select “CA”.

  25. Press “Set” button once.

  26. Press “+” or “-” button to adjust the temperature reading.

  27. Press “Set” button to confirm.

  28. Setting Desired Temperature Upper and Lower Limit (HS and LS) Upper Temperature Limit (HS)

  29. Press and hold “Set” button for 3 seconds.

  30. Press “+” or “-” button to select “HS”.

  31. Press “Set” button once.

  32. Press “+” or “-” button to adjust the upper temperature limit.

  33. Press “Set” button to confirm.
    Lower Temperature Limit (LS)

  34. Press and hold “Set” button for 3 seconds.

  35. Press “+” or “-” button to select “LS”.

  36. Press “Set” button once.

  37. Press “+” or “-” button to adjust the lower temperature limit.

  38. Press “Set” button to confirm.

  39. Factory Reset

  40. Keep pressing the “Reset” button and unplug the power cord.

  41. Don’t release the “Reset” button and reconnect the power, wait for the machine to start up.

  42. The display panel will start counting down. After the count-down, the factory reset will be finished.

NOTE:
Generally, it would take 18 days for the chicken to hatch out. Remove the egg turner on the 18th day and the chicken will hatch out from 19th to 21st days. Please note that the time indicated above will vary according to the kinds of eggs.

About Water Hole

  1. Add water to the incubator through the water hole with water dropper to maintain the humidity as shown (Fig. 1).
  2. Excessive water will overflow from the water hole as well.
