Function Selector
Description of Functions
- Natural convection (or traditional oven): The heat is generated by the upper and lower elements of the oven: this traditional mode of cooking is suitable for cooking meat, fish and desserts.
- Pulsed heat: for even distribution of heat, and simultaneous cooking of more than one dish.
- Grill (upper element): the heat is generated by the upper element of the oven: it allows traditional grill/barbecue cooking, but also gratins.
- Rotisserie cooking: for rotisserie cooking of all your meats and poultry. This method of cooking combines the grill and rotisserie for healthy cooking, without fat, while preserving the flavour and tenderness of your meat.
- Fan grill: the combination of the grill and the pulsed heat allows optimal distribution of heat in the cooking area. This mode is particularly recommended when cooking French fries, for a crispy result.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Instructions
It is recommended that you clean the oven after each use to avoid greasy particles inside the oven becoming burnt on. The door of your oven is double- walled: it has been designed so as not to require particular maintenance, however, it is possible to remove the inner glass in the case of drips between the two panes. Do not let fat accumulate in the appliance. Before any maintenance or cleaning, let the oven cool down. A simple wipe with a sponge is sufficient to clean the outside of the appliance. Do not use maintenance products specific to metals (stainless steel, copper, etc.). Clean the door, enameled or lacquered surfaces with a wet sponge and mild detergent. Do not use aggressive maintenance products (including soda-based strippers), or scraper sponges or abrasive pads. The upper element is foldable but not removable. Never use force to manipulate the element. The oven is equipped with a smooth enamelled floor and non-stick walls that you can clean with soapy water. All accessories (grills, roasting tins, etc.) are cleaned with water and detergent or can be put in the dishwasher.
Maintenance
Changing the inner bulb
To replace the bulb:
- Disconnect the oven and let the appliance cool down for approximately 1 hour.
- Turn the cover a quarter of a turn in an anti-clockwise direction.
- Clean it with hot water and detergent.
- Remove and replace the bulb (15W – 220/230V 300°C).
- Dry the cover properly and put it back in place.
Disassembling the inner pane of glass Open the door. Make sure that it is resting on the worktop. for this, you can turn your oven 90° if necessary. Unscrew the 2 screws of the flanges at the door support rods. Remove the two flanges.
ATTENTION when handling the glass, avoid any impact on the edge of the
glass. In the event of a major impact to the glass, the glass can break
afterwards. The lower part of the inner glass should raise up for a better
grip. Move it to the inside of the oven to release it from its support
notches.
Remove the inner glass and clean it (with water and detergent). You then have
access to the inner face of the outer glass. Clean it.
Replace
the inner glass (markings on the inner side of the door). Take care to
position the glass correctly: the rounded corners must be down (toward the
door joint). Engage the upper corners 1st in the notches (see arrows).
Replace the mounting flanges. Screw the screws back in without tightening them
too much.
