VOLTAGE

Before using it for the first time, check that the supply voltage matches that indicated on the appliance.
This is a class II appliance (double electrical insulation ). It should not be earthed.

INSTALLATION

Take the advice of a specialist on the appropriate means of installation.
Your appliance must be oriented as shown in Figure 2 (Selection indicator on the right) and must be positioned so as to allow the minimum clearances shown in the same diagram, as well as in accordance with the “Bathroom Installation” safety rules defined in the paragraph “Bathroom Installation” (Fig. 1).
The radiation intensity is relatively high in the vicinity of the appliance, which can raise objects in this area to a high temperature.
You should, therefore, install your radiator with a clearance of 80 cm from any object.
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to fix the appliance to the ceiling or to the wall in a vertical position.
The switches or other control equipment must be beyond the reach of any person using the bath or shower.
BATHROOM INSTALLATION (FIG. 2)
The IP24 construction of this appliance enables it to be used in any room in the house, including those where there is a risk of water splashing (kitchen, bathroom, etc.).
The electrical installations in the room, the installation of the appliance, and its use must, however, be compliant with the regulations in force in your country.

PROCEDURE FOR MOUNTING AND CONNECTING THE DEVICE TO THE MAINS :
Before any assembly or dismantling operation, ensure that the circuit providing power to the radiator has been cut off.
Fixing the appliance in place :

  1. Take the wall bracket C and attach it horizontally to the wall, in accordance with marks indicating the position of the appliance (see Fig. 1 and 2).
To ensure your radiator is firmly attached, you must use plugs and screws that are compatible with the material of your wall.

  2. Take the appliance and attach it to wall bracket C (see Fig 3) and then lock it onto bracket C with screw D.

Setting the pitch :
The radiating part of your radiator can be tilted (Fig.4) from 0° to 30° to the wall.
The tilt must not be adjusted while the appliance is operating.
To change the angle, it is recommended that you wait 15 minutes after the appliance has stopped and that you follow the following procedure :
– untighten the 2 screws on the pivot in order to enable the radiating part to rotate.
– hold the radiating part in the position you want and tighten the 2 screws on the pivot.
Connecting the device to the mains :
Your appliance comes with a cord for connecting to a junction box.
According to electrical installation regulations, there must be a multiple pole isolator on the power supply.
This isolator must have a contact push-off of at least 3 mm on every pole.
The power cord should be cut in order to only keep the length necessary for the connection.
After installation, the power cord will be fixed in the wall or on the wall to make sure that the power cord will not touch the high-temperature metallic parts (A and G).

OPERATION

The appliance is turned on by means of the pull cord (Fig. 3). When turned on there may be a slight vibration, which should stop after a few seconds.
