- Place the lid on top of the dispenser.
- Turn the dispensing knob 90 degrees to the right to dispense one rice measuring cup (180mL) of dry food into the collecting tray. After dispensing, the knob will then automatically return to upright position.
- Remove the collecting tray and use the ingredients as desired.
- After each use, always replace the collecting tray into the dispenser and make sure it is closed firm
Caution:
Never use a damp cloth to clean the interior of the dispenser or collecting
tray. In order to preserve foods, the interior of the dispenser must be kept
dry. Do not immerse the dispenser or any of its parts in water. Do not
overfill the dispenser. The maximum capacity of this dispenser is 33 pounds
(15 kg.) of rice. Do not fill the dispenser if the interior is wet. Food will
not properly store and preserve if there is any moisture in the storage
container. Do not turn the dispensing knob more than 5 consecutive times
without first collecting the food dispensed into the collecting tray. The
collecting tray cannot contain more than 5 cups of dry food at a time.
Note:
- When turning the dispensing knob, note that there should be 2 to 3 seconds interval time between each 90 degree turn. To ensure every turn will dispense a full volume of dry food, gently shake the dispenser to settle the dry food inside.

- To remove the storage container, flip up both of the locking latches on either side of the base.
