Cleaning the kettle
The kettle needs to be cleaned depending on how often it is used. Do not use
chemicals or abrasives to remove deposited limescale. We recommend using
household vinegar or citric acid for cleaning.
Vinegar cleaning
Fill the kettle for approx. half a liter of vinegar and let it stand for at
least 2 hours without boiling. Then pour out the vinegar, fill the kettle with

repeat the boiling operation with clean water 3x for the correct result.
Citric acid cleaning
Fill the kettle for approx. half a liter of water and bring to a boil. Unplug
the kettle. Put in hot water for approx. 25 g of citric acid, then mix and
allow to cool in the kettle for 30 minutes. Pour out the citric acid water and
then boil 4x 5x clean water (filled to the max mark) for proper rinsing.
