Assembly
Note: The illustrations may vary depending on the individual model.
-
Folded, the system has a carrying handle and
4 rubber bumpers. It is easy to carry. -
Open the small flap door, take out the AC adapter.
-
To fold the device apart, open the front outer panel that serves as upper cover of the device.
-
Pull out the front work panel.
-
Unfold the work panel.
-
Unfold the left and right side panel by 90°.
-
Carefully lift the front base panel, open the left and right side panels outwards from the inside, and flat-ten the front work panel.
-
Push down the narrow front cover panel (work surface cover) and fix it on the right and left side of the chamber. At the same time, connect the four notches of the upper panel with the buttons sticking out of the side panels.
-
The right and left side panels can be placed vertically and taken out. By removing one of the side panels, a second chamber can be added. Thus, the working surface is doubled.
-
After pulling out the cable from the socket, the small flap door can be re-closed. There is a small hole for the cable; two devices can operate together.
-
Before folding together the device, press the cable retracting button; the cable will automatically be drawn in. After this, close the flap door. Folding the device together is done in reverse order of the assembly.
-
If you wish to use two chambers together, disassemble the left side panel of the right unit and the right-side panel of the left unit. After doing so, the units can be combined (option).
Notes on installing the light
Notes on using the extension tube E420H
Note: The extension tube E420H is sold separately.
The extension tube E420H is compatible with the chamber E420. Combining these
two matching elements, you will achieve optimal results. Not only the paint
mist is filtered, but also harmful vapours are led outside through the HS
E420H tube. Thus, the air inside the work zone will be kept clean and fresh.

Safety instructions
CAUTION!
a) When using the extension tube, take out a filter-net layer from the device.
There are two layers of filter mesh in the spray booth, only one of which is
needed when using the extension tube.
b) Unscrew the 4 screws from the protective grille on the back of the HS-E420
spray booth (see fig. 1).
c) Use the 4 screws unscrewed in the previous step to connect the plastic
sleeve to (19) with the HS E420 spray booth (see fig. 2).
d) Screw the soft threaded sleeve (20) and extension hose (22) together and
connect the extension tube to the exhaust piece (23) (see fig. 3).
e) Place the hose clamp (21) onto the soft threaded sleeve (20) and screw it
into the plastic sleeve (19) (see fig. 4).
f) Extend the hose as you wish and place its exhaust piece outwards through a
window or door gap (see fig. 5).
You can also fix the hose by attaching the plastic sleeve to the ventilation grid. In that case, removing the screws and grid as described in b)–e) is not necessary.
When mounting, make sure that the plastic sleeve is properly attached to the ventilation grid (refer to fig. 8 to see proper mounting).
