Product Overview

Interpretation

Each watch mode is shown by the 4 Red Lights on the Upper Display. Hour Mode, Minute Mode, Binary Mode & Date Mode.

  • Pressing the Mode button repeatedly will cycle through the modes. Hour Mode—Minute Mode—Binary Mode.
  • Pressing the Set button enters Date Mode. (The watch will remember the last mode used & will always return to that mode the next time you use the watch, regardless of which button you press.)

Hour-centric Mode

The focus of this mode is on the hour with a rough representation of the minutes.
So for example, at 10:48, the watch would round up to 10:50. Most useful for general use when ‘about 1/2 past 3’ is good enough.
The Hour is shown in digits on the Lower Display. The Minutes are shown on the Upper Display, where each light represents 5 minutes

Minute-centric Mode

The exact minute is displayed in digits. Most useful when you’re more concerned to know when it reaches exactly ’22 minutes past 7′ The Minutes are shown in digits on the Lower Display. The Hour is shown on the Upper Display, where each light represents 1 Hour.

Date Mode

Showing the month on the Upper Display (1-12) & the date on the Lower Display in digits.

Binary Mode

For the geek within. The time is displayed in binary on the Upper Display. The top row of 6 lights show the Hour in Binary. The bottom rows of 6 lights show the Minutes in Binary.
To read the time in Binary, refer to the example below. Binary numbers are normally shown as zero’s & one’s, but on & off are also used.
Binary Mode

Note: In Binary, the first number on the right is 1, then double it : 2, then double again: 4, then again: 8, 16, 32 etc Using the same method you can read Binary Numbers. The minutes ’22’ (as shown above) would be 10110 (where 1 is on & 0 is off)
