Instruction Manual

1. To download the App, search for “Toya Smart” in the Apple Store and major App markets or scan the following QR code.
   https://smartapp.tuya.com/tuyasmart

2. Click “Create a New Account”, and the privacy policy page of The Doodle Smart platform will pop up. After reading and agreeing, you will enter the account registration page. You can register by email or mobile phone number. The country/region will follow the setting of the mobile phone system. You can also manually change the country/ region (the country/region cannot be changed after the registration is completed).After entering your mobile phone number or email address click Obtain a verification code. After entering the received verification code, the page for setting a password is displayed. After setting a password as prompted, click Finish to complete the registration.

Add devices

Bluetooth permission must be enabled; otherwise, Bluetooth devices cannot be searched. On the device list page, click The Add Device button in the middle or click the +  button in the upper right to go to the Add Device page. The Add Device page can be manually added or Automatically discovered.

1. Manually add and use Wi-Fi fast connection mode (default mode) for network configuration. You need to set the indicator to Dash state (hold down the ON/OFF button for three seconds), and then enter the page of “Enter Wi-Fi Password” (only supporting 2.4g wi-fi network). If your home network is a 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz mix, you can use a hot network mode (compatible mode) network.
2.  Automatic discovery: Multiple search methods can be triggered at the same time. For example, wi-fi and Bluetooth devices found on the no-service network can be added to all devices in one click. If no device is found after the search times out, add the device manually. To use the Automatic Discovery function, you need to grant the App the
   Wi-FI and Bluetooth permissions.

Click “Voice and other third-party services” to bind and connect to Alexa Google Assistant SmartThings

Account and password login and third-party login

1. If you already have an App account, click “Log in with an existing Account ” under “Create a New Account” to enter the login page.
2. The system automatically determines the current country/region. You can 6a7d also manually select the country/region.
3. Enter your mobile phone number or email address and password to log in to the system.
4. Third-party social account login.
5. If you have installed we chat and QQ on your mobile phone, click the wechat or QQ icon in the login area of your social account and log in to the system after going through the authorization page. If you use the iOS system, you can also log in with your Apple ID.

Change your account

1. Click “My”, and then click the profile picture of your account
2. Click “Account and Security” to enter the account management page.
3. If you want to change your mobile phone number, click Mobile Phone Number. If you want to change your email number, click Email.
4. Click “Change mobile Number”.
5. Enter the password to change the account.

Forget your password

1. If you forget the account login password of the App, you can reset the account password through the process of retrieving the password.
2. Click “Forget password”.
3. The system automatically determines the current country/region, or you can manually select the country/region (users registered with mobile phone numbers need to change the country/region at the time of registration).
4. Enter the mobile phone number or email address you used for registration and click “Obtain verification Code” after confirming all information.
5. Enter the verification code received by SMS or email.
6. Enter the new password and click “Finish” to reset the password and automatically log in to the account number.
7. For your security, the App will conduct risk detection on your system during login. When the root or jailbreak risk is detected, a “Security reminder” will pop up, allowing you to choose whether to exit the App. (Default: off)
