Welcome to use this Bluetooth stereo transmitter and receiver BT032A designed for you by K-mate General Electronics Co., Ltd. Before using this product, please read this manual in detail.

Before use

About BT032A
BT032A is a Bluetooth stereo transmitter and receiver device. When used as a transmitter, it can wirelessly transmit the music played on your Walkman player, TV, PC, and other devices to your Bluetooth stereo receiving device; when used as a receiver, you can use it to make your normal Audio equipment can also receive Bluetooth audio and listen to music wirelessly.

System Requirements

1. When used as a transmitter, the audio source device requires a 3.5mm audio output interface, and the audio receiving device requires a Bluetooth stereo receiver device that supports the Bluetooth A2DP protocol, such as Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth speakers, etc.
2. When used as a receiver, the audio source device is a Bluetooth stereo transmitter device that supports the Bluetooth A2DP protocol, such as Bluetooth mobile phones,  computers, etc. The audio output device requirements are speakers, headphones, etc. with a 3.5mm audio input interface.

Getting started

Charging
This product uses a built-in rechargeable battery. If you see a steady red light during use, it means that the battery is low and you need to charge the product. If it is in RX  (receiving) mode, you can hear the ‘low battery prompt.

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the USB port of the computer or the USB port of the charger.
   Connect the end of the USB charging cable to the charging port of the transmitter.
   White light flashing = charging
   Steady white light = fully charged

2. It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to fully charge the battery

Warning: The rechargeable battery that provides power to this product must be properly disposed of for recycling. Please contact your local recycling center for proper disposal methods. Do not put the battery in the fire, so as not to cause an explosion.

Take-up

1. When the product is not in use, the 3.5mm plug can be pressed back into the slot on the back to facilitate carrying and storing. The operation method is shown in the figure below.
   

2. When you want to use the product, please refer to the following diagram to pull out the 3.5mm plug from the slot.

Notice:
When stowing the audio cable, do not directly squeeze the 3.5mm plug into the buckle; when removing the audio cable, do not directly pull the 3.5mm plug out. Please push in or push out the buckle in the direction of the arrow as shown above to avoid damaging the rubber buckle of the wire receiving groove.

Mode switch
The product is divided into two working modes: transmitting and receiving. Before using it, you need to select the corresponding mode.

TX(Transmit) Mode

Remark：

• If it is not connected to any device within 5 minutes after power on, BT032A will automatically power off to save power.
• The pairing mode will be maintained for 5 minutes. If the pairing fails for more than 5 minutes, the BT032A will automatically shut down to save power.

Pair with Bluetooth receiving device
Pair and connect with a device
When using it for the first time, you must pair the transmitter with your Bluetooth receiving device. The general pairing steps are as follows:

1. Make sure you are currently in TX (transmit) mode, otherwise please reset to TX (transmit) mode.
2. Keep BT032A and your receiving device within 1 meter, the closer the better.
3. Make the BT032A and the receiving device enter the pairing mode.
4. BT032A will automatically search for Bluetooth receiving devices, and automatically complete pairing and connection with them. Connected with the receiving device, the white light is on.

Pair and connect with two devices at the same time
Method one

1. Make BT032A paired with the device.
2. Disconnect device one, make BT032A re-enter the pairing mode, and pair and connect with device two.
3. Restart the device one more time, it will automatically connect to BT032A, and at this time two devices are connected at the same time.

Method two

1. Make BT032A paired with the device.
2. There is no need to disconnect device one, just double-click the BT032A power button to re-enter the pairing mode and pair with device two. At this time, two devices are connected at the same time.

Remark:

• BT032A will initiate a connection to the last connected device every time it is turned on. Two devices can be connected automatically.

play music
Connect the 3.5 audio plugs of the transmitter to your audio playback device, such as MP3, computer, TV, etc., and pair and connect with the Bluetooth receiving device, you can listen to the currently playing music wirelessly.

Note: Try to keep the distance between the receiving device and the transmitter within 10 meters, and there are no obstacles in the middle to get the best listening effect.

Remark：

1. Make sure you are currently in RX (receive) mode, otherwise please reset to RX (receive) mode.
2. Keep BT032A and your Bluetooth mobile phone within 1 meter, the closer the better.
3. Make BT032A enter pairing mode.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and search for Bluetooth devices.
   Select ‘BT032A’, the white light will be on after a successful connection.

Pair and connect with two devices at the same time

1. Make BT032A paired with the device.
2. There is no need to disconnect device one for BT032A. Device two can search for a ‘BT032A’ pairing connection. At this time, two devices are connected at the same time.

Notice:

• Every time BT032A is turned on, it will initiate a connection to the last connected device. Two devices can be connected automatically.

Play music

After the BT032A is paired and connected with the Bluetooth transmitter device, connect the 3.5mm audio plug of the BT032A to speakers and other audio devices, you can listen to music wirelessly, and control the music to pause and resume.

Notice:

• When listening to music, if the mobile phone calls or makes a call, the music will be automatically paused, and the mobile phone can talk normally. When the call ends, the music will automatically resume.

The meaning of the indicator light

Long press the power button for 6 seconds in the power-on state and then let go
Notice:

• After restoring the factory settings, the pairing list will be cleared, and the pairing must be re-paired next time you connect. And clear in either mode In addition to the pairing operation, the pairing list of another mode will also be cleared.
• During the operation, there will be a power-on-pairing-off process, and you will see that the indicator light will also change accordingly.

Care and maintenance

When using, please read the following suggestions to help you comply with the warranty terms and extend the life of the product.

• Keep the product dry, do not place it in a humid place, so as not to affect the internal circuit of the product.
• Do not place the product in a place exposed to sunlight or high temperature. High temperatures will shorten the service life of electronic components and deform certain plastic parts.
• Do not place the product in a cold place to avoid damage to the internal circuit board.
• Do not try to disassemble the product. If you are not a professional, the product may be damaged.
• Do not drop, vibrate strongly, or hit the product with hardware to avoid damage to the internal circuit.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents to clean the product.
• Do not scratch the surface of the product with a sharp object, so as not to damage the shell and affect its appearance.
• Do not try to remove the battery from the product to avoid damage to the product.

FAQs

1. Can’t boot?
   Answer: a. Please confirm whether the battery is charged, and please charge the BT032A.
   b. When not in use for a long time, the battery will enter a sleep state and needs to be charged at this time.

2. Can’t pair and connect?
   Answer: a. Make sure that the current audio mode is correct. In TX (transmit) mode, it can only be paired with a Bluetooth receiving device;
   In RX (receive) mode, it can only be paired and connected with a Bluetooth transmitting device.
   b. Ensure that the distance to the Bluetooth device is within 1 meter.

3. When playing music in TX (transmit) mode, the Bluetooth receiving device cannot hear the sound.
   Answer: a. Make sure that the audio plug of the BT032A is well connected to the player.
   b. Please make sure that the player is already playing music.
   c. Adjust the volume of the audio playback device to a suitable level.

4. The sound effect heard in RX (receive) mode is poor?
   Answer: a. Make sure that the audio plug of BT032A is connected to the speaker AUX interface in place.
   b. Ensure that the BT032A and the player are within the effective distance.
   c. Ensure that there is no obstacle between the BT032A and the player.

5. How to deal with the crash?
   Answer: a. Long press the power button for 16 seconds and let go.
