Introduction
These instructions are engineered so you can enjoy your Ofuro properly and safely. Please read them carefully. The Ofuro bath is guaranteed for a year. The guarantee is against manufacturer error; treat your Ofuro carefully and it’s sure to last longer
Safety precautions and Maintenance
- Keep these instructions. Children must always be super- Vised by an adult when using the bath.
- Never use a hairdryer or any other electric device in or near the bath when the bath contains water: risk of a FATAL electric shock!
- Your Ofuro bath should only be set up by an adult or under supervision of an adult.
- Place your Ofuro only on a firm, waterproof and level floor. Never put it on or near a wooden floor.
- Always stow away the plastic packaging. because of the risk of suffocation (of children).
- Keep pets and animals away from the Ofuro bath; their sharp claws and teeth can damage the bath.
- Do not sit on your Ofuro bath walls, this Will prevent flooding
- Do not use your Ofuro bath in combination with alcohol and/or drugs.
- Use your Oruro bath near a functioning drain.
- Make sure the drain is the same level or lower than the floor of the Ofuro bath.
- Always make sure there are no kinks in the drain hose and that its end is in the drain before it’s filled with water: once full the Ofuro bath is very hard to move.
- If you do try to move it, there is a chance the plastic will tear due to weight of water.
- Fill your Ofuro bath with a layer of cold water first before filling with hot water
- Never fill your Ofuro bath with boiling water, but at a maximum temperature of 45 °C.
- Monitor your Ofuro bath during filling and emptying.
- Do not smoke or use an open flame near your Ofuro bath.
- Don’t try to use your Ofuro bath as a boat or raft in open water.
- In no event shall Ofuro, Morgiana, or its resellers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.

Setting up the Ofuro bath
- Insert the 6 support poles into the ducts.
- Install and turn of the tap.
- Make Sure the drain at the bottom of the Ofuro bath is closed.
- Use the supplied foot pump to inflate the inflatable ring. Ihen, close the valve to prevent your Ofuro bath from Iosing air.
- Fill your Ofuro bath with water. Make sure the water temperature does not exceed 45 °C in order to prevent damage to your Ofuro bath. It is best to start with a layer of cold / lukewarm water. lce baths are also possible.
- In case you fill your Ofuro bath with a shower head, place a towel between the bath and the shower head to avoid damaging the inflatable ring.
Putting away the Ofuro bath
- Connect the drain hose to the drain valve and make sure it Connects properly. Place the drain hose in a place where the bathwater can flow away easily, for example in the shower drain. The remaining layer of water can be drained by opening the drain at the bottom of the Ofuro bath. Keep an eye on the draining process to avoid flooding. Make sure your Ofuro bath is dry before proceeding with the following steps.
- Open the valve of the inflation ring and let it deflate.
- Remove the 6 support poles from the ducts.
- Remove the drain valve by turning It counterclockWIse.
- Place your Ofuro bath flat on the floor and fold the bottom inwards.
- Fold your Ofuro bath in three parts. The bath is now ready for storage!
Repairing the Ofuro bath
A leak in your Ofuro bath can be repaired with the supplied repair set.
- To do this, place the bath on the floor and clean the surface around the leak.
- Place the repair sticker on the leak and press it down. Place a weight on this section for 24 hours; for example a stack of books.
- If the repair sticker proves to be insufficient to stop the leak, you can apply additional adhesive along the edges of the sticker for a better seal (adhesive not supplied). Then repeat step 2.
- The leak has now been repaired. You can safely use your Ofuro bath again.
