Product Usage Instructions

Move Generator Outdoors:
It is extremely dangerous to use the generator indoors. Carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas, is present in the generator exhaust. Never use the generator inside a home or garage, even if doors and windows are open. Only use the generator outside and far away from windows, doors, and vents. -
Add Engine Oil:
-
Locate the Assembly section in the user manual.

Find the Add Engine Oil subsection.
-
Add engine oil recommended for the generator (5W-30).
-
Do not overfill the oil capacity, which should not exceed 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml).
-
Add Fuel:
-
Locate the Assembly section in the user manual.
-
Find the Add Fuel subsection.
-
Add either gasoline or propane (LPG) as fuel for the generator.
-
If using gasoline, do not use E15 or E85 fuel.
-
Manual Start (Gasoline Operation):
-
Turn the fuel vent lever to the ON position.
-
Turn the EZ Start Dial to the CHOKE position.
-
Pull the recoil to start the engine.
-
Turn the EZ Start Dial to the GASOLINE OPERATION position.
-
Manual Start (Propane Operation):
-
Open the propane tank valve.
-
Turn the EZ Start Dial to the CHOKE position.
-
Pull the recoil 3-5 times to prime the engine.
-
Turn the EZ Start Dial to the PROPANE OPERATION position.
-
Pull the recoil to start the engine.
-
Connecting Electrical Loads:

Refer to the Operation section in the user manual.

Follow the instructions provided to connect electrical loads to the generator.

- Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from generator. Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials.
SET UP

Add oil. ˜ Assembly > Add Engine Oil.
Recommended: 5W-30, up to 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml) DO NOT overfill. -
Move the generator outdoors.
ONLY USE OUTSIDE AND FAR AWAY FROM WINDOWS, DOORS, AND VENTS. -
Add fuel – Gasoline or Propane (LPG) Assembly > Add Fuel
FOR GASOLINE OPERATION: DO NOT USE E15 OR E85 -
DO NOT plug in any electrical devices.
NEVER START OR STOP THE GENERATOR WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES CONNECTED OR TURNED ON! -
Starting the Engine:
