• How many ft. Can I walk without being in possession of my phone?
  None. I really like these earbuds, the only issue is I have interference with the Bluetooth even if my phone is in my back pocket.

• I bought two. One’s battery lasts days, and the other one’s battery doesn’t last two days. Defective?
  From the information, it looks like it wasn’t even supposed to last 2 days so no it isn’t defective.

• What kind of charger do I need to charge the case? Can I use a micro USB?
  It comes with its own cable. it is a Type C USB Cable. Any USB Charge should work.

• Why does the Right earbud works about 1/2 the time of the left earbud both show 4 bars max work time seems to be about 2 hrs? when playing music.
  Might try cleaning it. Also, check to be sure your not accidentally pressing the button on it. The buttons are super sensitive.

• How good is the fit? Will these stay secured in my ear if I’m sprinting full speed, jumping, lifting, etc?
  The fit is not great for my ears but I have very small ears. Ok for walking but not so good for running.

• Right earbud stopped charging, any fix?
  Put them back in their home. They should sync up. Take the left one out 1st. Once it turns on, take them right out.

• How to turn it back on without putting back in the case?
  Press the earbud until you hear the on or off message.

• Is there any sound lag when it is used to watch videos or play games?
  I haven’t used these specifically to play games, however, I have experience lags or skips in general since I’ve gotten them. Especially if you’re pairing them with your phone and you put it in your pocket, close your screen, or move in general (walking, running, etc). So I can only assume this is a universal issue with the buds themselves. I personally recommend spending the extra few bucks to get a decent pair of buds – these are not worth the price in my opinion

• How do I connect with Audible?
  I have an iPhone. as soon as I connected Blue tooth it connected for calls and audible automatically.

• I have only had these for a little over a month, one will not charge, Refund?
  I think you can reach out to Amazon customer service and see what they can help you.

• Can they be worn in a steam room?
  Yes, these can be worn in the steam room. Just don’t drop one.

• Can you wireless charge the case itself?
  You can charge the case with the USB cable provided. The case charges and will charge earbuds as long as the case is charged. I hope this answers your question.

• Has anyone else had problems connecting to a kindle tablet?
  I am having similar problems connecting to an Amazon HD10 tablet. It says “PIN or log-in code needed” and does not connect to the tablet Bluetooth. The tablet DOES have a PIN# to unlock but the problem still persists.

• Pairs to my galaxy note 9 are just fine. will not pair to my kindle fire — it does not show up in the list of devices to choose from. any suggestions?
  first, try refreshing the seen devices list on your phone with the buds in case- take out the buds as your phone is searching. If the phone still doesn’t see the buds, then maybe you need to enable some sort of “pairing mode” on them. I don’t have these yet, but that’s SOP to pair.

• I have a problem with volume. Used to be good now even the highest still too low.
  Tap 3 times on the right earbud to turn the volume up.

• How many feet long is the USB cable?
  The charger is shorter but I charged on my computer and they charged fairly quickly.
