Device Overview

  1. Rear camera: You can take pictures or videos.
  2. Volume: Press the “+” side to turn up the volume.
  3. Press the “-” side to turn down the volume.
  4. Power button: You can use the power button to turn on/off the camera or call up the screen under the sleeping mode.
  5. Reset hole: When there is a crash or a stuck occur on this device due to improper operation, please use insert the “RESRT” reset hole with a round thimble and press the button to resume normal boot.
  6. Bracket: It can be used as a bracket by pulling it down.
  7. Front camera: You can take pictures or videos.
  8. Type-c cable: Use Type-c to charge the device or transfer data.
  9. TF slot: Support Micro SD card, max support 32GB.
  10. Jackhole: You can connect it to a 3.5mm headphone.
  11. Microphone: You can record the voice and intercom with the microphone.
  12. Speaker: The built-in speaker helps you to hear clearly without an external device.

Screen Introduction

Please enter the main interface under the guide of the boot wizard. Slide the screen up to enter the secondary interface, ”APP function interface”.
(Note: You can slide to the screen and place it on the main interface if long- press the APP.)
Shortcuts

  1. You can operate simple and quick operations such as: WI-FI, Auto-rotate, and Non-disturb mode by sliding from the top to the bottom of the screen under any interface.
  2. Slide upwards to the bottom of the tablet to call up the shortcut menu, they are Volume -, Return to the previous step, Back to the main interface, Shrink the screen, Volume + , Screenshot.
  3. Screenshots need to be enabled in the setting.

Basic Operation

  1. Boot
    Press the On / Off button for 3-5 seconds and release the seed. (Note: There is no response when you press the power button, the device may need to recharge.)

  2. Shutdown
    (1) Press and hold for 4 seconds to enter the shutdown screen, and then click Shut Down.
    (2) Press for 10 seconds to force shutdown.

  3. Standby In the power-on state Short press the power button to enter standby or wakes up from standby.

  4. Restart Press and hold for 4 seconds to enter the shutdown screen, and then click Restart.

  5. Install TF card Insert the TF card slot in the direction shown in the image below. Then you can read the contents of the TF card, support insert, or remove it. (Note: Insert the SD card direction correctly and insert the SD card direction incorrectly.

  6. Change Language
    Note: Put the language to be replaced first.

  7. Connect Network
    (1) In the main menu or interface, choose the setting application procedure.
    (2) Click WLAN, open WIFI, and MID will automatically search the available Wifi wireless internet.
    (3) Choose the Wi-Fi internet you want to connect to, if it has a password, it will popup the password window, enter a password, and click connect. After you’re connected, you’re ready to set up email, browse the web, and do a lot more online. If WI-FI isn’t available, please kindly check if the wired connection is good or not.

  8. Setting Up
    Charge your V7 tablet at 4 to 7 hours before first use.
    (1) Charge with a Type-c cable.
    (2) Please choose a 5V 2A adapter.
    (3) Press the power button to wake up the screen to check the charging procedure.

  9. Andriod OS mode
    Android OS mode is Suggested for Upper Age Kids (12 years old and above) and parents’ usage. Setting up your Google Account. Its recommended for Parents or Upper Age Kids users to Sing-in with a Google Account. Sign in using the email address and password from Google.
    (1) If you don’t have one google account yet, please try to create one. It will allow using for any of the Google services.
    -Gmail
    -Youtube
    -Google Play Apps Store
    -Chrome -Google Map
    -Google Play Music
    -Play Movie & TV
    -Google Drive
    – Any other Google Products or Service
    (2) When you sign in with a Google Account, all your email, contacts, calendar, and other data associated are automatically synced with your Tablet based on Android.

Note:

  1. Due to the limitation of the internal memory, We strongly suggest not to install over 8 to 10 apps at the same time into the device which may cause this device slow lagging performance.
  2. To uninstall the none active usage apps or games by simply pressing and holding the app icons for 5 seconds, a “uninstall”, Icon zone will appear on the screen top, tagging the apps into this “uninstall” zone for removing these apps.
  3. We suggest parents always select and download the “Recommend” Apps and “Exclusive” Apps as a majority for their kids. FCC Statement This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules.

Q &A: Q: Why is the screen stay on or not enter the system?
A: This problem might be caused by the customer coincidentally deleting the firmware program. Causing the screen to keep on or not enter the system.
Warning: If you follow the factory reset, all the documents and Apps are deleted as well. Please follow the below steps to factory reset:
Step one:

  1. Please have the device plugged in with the DC charging cord on.
  2. Hold the “volume +” button on the top right side.
  3. Hold the “power” button on the top left side.

Step two:
(1) Wait for 1-2 minutes until a Robert icon occurs on the screen. Release the “volume +” button, please keep holding the Power button.
Step three:
(2) Press the “volume +” button to enter the recovery setting interface, then release the “volume +” button and the Power Button” at the same time.
Step four:
(3) Press the,, volume – ” to downwards the selection and choose Wipe data/ factory reset.
(4) Short press the “Power button to confirm the no/yes interface.
Step five
(5) Press the volume -h under the no/yes interface to select “yes”. Press the Power Button’, to load the program.
Step six:
(6) After loading the program, go back to the recovery interface, choose x, Reboot system now,,.
(7) Short press the power button to confirm Factory Reset”.
(Note:** Please handle the Factory Reset while the power cord is plugged in, the whole procedure takes around 10-15 minutes.)
