Getting Started
Installing the Micro SIM card
Important:
- A Micro SIM card is required in order to use cellular services when connecting to GSM networks.
- Keep the SIM card GPRS availability
- Note down the SIM card phone numbers which is device contacting numbers.
Open the side plug, install the SIM card in the right direction, turn on the device.
(Note: Device must be powered off before installing SIM card)
Note: The product is used on the car. And it doesn`t touch with human body.
Installing the device
Power on the device.
Install the device in following three suggested place:
Important:
- Keep away from high power electrical devices, such as reversing radar, anti-theft device or other vehicle communication equipment which may affect the device signal.
- Keep the device front face up & No metallic cases above the device which may affect signal as well. Suchas the windshield which is pasted with metal thermal-protective coats or heating coating
Setting up and activating the device
To set up and activating the device, you should send SMS to device numbers by mobile phone.
Setting server
SMS: SERVER,2,vt.protrack365.com,8842# (The default setting)

Voice monitor
To set SOS number
To preset SOS number for voice monitor and receiving different alarm message.
To activate voice monitor
Use the preset SOS phone number to call the device’s SIM card number, once it is connected, it will enter voice monitor status.
Note: The SIM card should be activated with call service.
Alarm management
When any kinds of alarms happened, device will send alarm to SOS number
SOS alarm
Long press the SOS number for 3 seconds, it will activate the SOS alarm.
Geo-fence alarm
After setting geo-fence range, if the device comes in & out the range, it will
alarm
Low-power alarm
When external power is cut, device will keep working with its backup battery
and when its battery is too low, it will alarm.
Over-speed alarm
When the car is over-speed , it will alarm.
Remove alarm
If the device is working in Mode 1/3. The light sensor will be activated. Once
it is removed from the attachment, it will send alarm.
Working Mode

D:1-30 day
GPS data will be only upload at certain time with the setting interval.
Eg. MODE,1,0900,2230,2# means the device will upload data on 9:00 and 22:30
every 2 days.
MODE,2,N#
N:10-999 second
GPS data will be uploaded on at a setting time interval,once it detects
vibration. If the device does not vibrate,it will enter sleep mode.
Eg. MODE,2,10# means every 10s, the device will upload one GPS data
MODE,3,M#
M: 5-1140 minutes

- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 25cm between the radiator and your body.
GPS data will be only uploaded on at a setting time interval.
Eg. MODE,3,60M# means every 60m, the device will upload one GPS data.
NOTE:You can press the button to control the GPS in each working mode.
Eg.
Quick press for twice to activate the GPS to send data.
Quick press for three times to disable the GPS to send data.
