Assembly
We recommend the following tools for assembly (not included in the delivery):
At least 2 people should assemble the product. Note: Only use suitable tools
for the assembly and regard all safety notes. Wear adequate working gear
(slim-fitting tops, working trousers, gloves, work shoes, and if necessary
protective glasses and respiratory protection).
Mounting the Hanging Cabinet
Step 1: Mounting the left side panel
- Place the left side panel vertically and connect it to the back wall via the groove, so that both elements form a line.
- Then turn the left side panel vertically inwards at a 90° angle. Ensure that the guide rail for the door is also facing inwards.
Step 2: Mounting the right-side panel (same procedure as step 1)
- Place the right-side panel vertically and connect it to the back wall via the groove, so that both elements create one line.
- Then turn the right-side panel vertically inwards at a 90° angle. Ensure that the guide rail for the door is also facing inwards.
Step 3: Mounting the front frame and cover panel
- Mount the front frame with the tapping screws included in the delivery (fig. 3).
- Place the cover panel on top of the back wall and the side panels. Ensure that the side with the 8 holes of the cover panel is facing upward (fig. 4).
- Attach the two dividers in the centerpiece via the tapping screws (fig. 5).
Step 4: Mounting the doors
- Place the lower door hinge into the hole in the rail. Then place a plastic washer on top of it (fig. 6b).
- Place the door onto the lower hinge (fig. 6).
- Then adjust the door, and ensure that the top hole of the door matches up with that of the cover panel.
Step 5: Mounting the wall fixtures
- Mount the cabinet to the wall with the covering panel via the wall brackets (3 brackets) and tapping screws (3 screws) for later stabilization (3 nails for wall mounting included) (fig. 7).
- Place the shelf boards in the middle section of the cabinet and fix them at the required height (fig. 8).
Mounting the workbench
Step 6: Mounting the side panels
- Place the left side panel and connect it to the back wall via the groove, so that both elements form one line.
- Then turn the left side panel vertically inwards at 90° angle. Ensure that the rails for the doors are facing inward as well. Repeat the procedure for the right-side panel (fig.9).
- Mount the front frame with the tapping screws (fig. 10).
Step 7: Mounting the upper surface, floor, and dividers
- Place the upper surface onto the side panels and the back wall. Use the tapping screws to attach it (fig. 11).
- Turn the cabinet around to attach the floor (fig. 11). 3. Then push the divider slightly tilted into the cabinet. Place it vertically and fix it with the tapping screws (fig. 12).
Step 8: Mounting the doors
- Place one of the lower door hinges into the pre-drilled hole of the bottom rail. A plastic washer needs to be placed on top of that (fig. 13b).
- Place the door on the bottom hinge. 3. Then adjust the door, and ensure that the top hole of the door matches up with that of the cover panel. Then attach the upper door hinge (fig. 13).
Step 9: Mounting the legs
- Place the furniture into its regular positioning again and place the metal frames on each side of the cabinet.
- Attach the table legs with the included angled tapping screws (fig. 14).
- Then attach the stands to the table legs (fig. 15).
Step 10: Mounting the drawers
- First, connect the right and left side panels of the drawer with the bottom panel of the drawer and then lift it (fig. 16).
- Then connect the front and back panel of the drawer via the tapping screws to the drawer (fig. 16).
- Then place the metal rails on the right and left sides of the drawer (fig. 16).
Step 11: Mounting the worktop
- Finally, mount the work surface onto the frame. On each side of the frame, there are three holes, which are used to connect the frame with the work surface via tapping screws.
- The drawer can then be mounted beneath the work surface (fig. 17).
Cleaning and care
- Clean the cabinet with a neutral cleaning detergent. Do not use any acidic or abrasive cleaning detergents or sponges. These might damage the cabinet.
- Do not expose the cabinet to any weathering influences, as it can have a negative impact on the surface of the cabinet and its durability.
- Clean the cabinet with a damp, soft cloth and wipe it afterward with a clean dry cloth.
