Installation Guide

Packing list. PCle Adapter/Low Profile Brackets/Detachable dual-band-Sdb antenna/30cm Bluetooth USB cable/Quick Installation Guide&Warranty Card/CD Driver

Connect to a Computer

a. Turn off your computer, unplug the power cable then remove the case panel.
b. Connect the provided Bluetooth USB cable to the adapter.

c. Locate an available PCle slot and carefully insert the adapter.
Note:
If the bracket is not suitable for your computer, detach it from the adapter’s board and replace it with the low-profile bracket.

d. Locate an available F_USB connector and carefully plug the Bluetooth USB cable into it.
Note:
If the Bluetooth USB cable is not correctly connected to the motherboard, the Bluetooth function won’t work even after driver installation.

e. Connect the antenna(s) to the adapter.
Tip:
To maximize performance, make sure the path between the antenna(s) and your router is clear.
f. Replace the case panel, plug in the power cable, and turn on your computer.

Install Drivers

a. Insert the CD and open the directory.
Tip:
You can also check out the new Wireless – WiFi 6E AX210 at ark.intel.com Driver, download the driver or contact the seller.
b. Install the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers.

1. Wi-Fi: Click on the Wi-Fi driver directory, according to the computer system 32/64 bit select the installation program, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
2. Bluetooth: Click on the Bluetooth driver directory, select the installation program, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Bluetooth installation.
   

Join a Wireless Network
a. Click the network icon ( ) on the taskbar.
b. Select your Wi-Fi network, click Connect, and enter the password when prompted.

Pair With Bluetooth Devices

a. Right-click the (Bluetooth) icon on the taskbar. If it’s not displayed, turn on Bluetooth in your PC settings first.
b. Select Add a Bluetooth Device or Add a Device to scan for available devices.
c. Select your Bluetooth device from the list and follow the onscreen instructions to complete pairing.
Note: Make sure your device’s Bluetooth is enabled and discoverable.

Product Warranty Card

Below are the following cases, it is out of the warranty scope. Please note:

• The return/warranty period has been exceeded;

• Failures to install. use, maintain, or keep the product according to the instructions, Alter without authorization: Tear up product bar code:

• Without authorization, modify the inherent Settings of the file or unauthorized dismantling repair,

• Damage to the product caused by accident or human behavior/such as focusing on a bright light, inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, water, mechanical damage,  breaking, serious oxidation, or rusting of the product;

• Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning strikes, etc.Other failures or damages that are not caused by the product’s own design, technology, manufacturing, quality, etc.

• Technical Support and Software Upgrade Service
  Before you send the product for repair, please contact the seller to identify product failures.

• The product has a one-year warranty service.

Special Note

• If there is obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, broken power cord, broken wire, bare core, etc. due to improper use by the customer or  accidental factors, it will not be guaranteed and replaced, and the user can purchase it separately
• Warranty replacement service is limited to the mainframe. Packaging and cables, software products, technical documents, and other accessories are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period for the external antenna and main components is months
• If there are equipment performance problems within 15 days after the product is purchased, and the appearance is not scratched, you can directly replace it with a new product During the free warranty period, the product must be inspected by the seller After the problem is confirmed, the same model or a repaired product with the same performance os the product will be replaced The replaced defective product belongs to manufacturer, The normal product will be returned as it is. Please provide a product warranty card for warranty service,lf you are not able to provide one, the free warranty period of the product wil be calculated from its production date. If the product is charge  for repair, the same problem will have a free warranty period of three months from the date of repair
• Please request and keep your repair receipt. The shipping cost of the repaired product is requested to charge to the sender.
