DESCRIPTION

USE

  1. Power on the watch by pressing the Control Button (2) for approximately 3 seconds. If the watch does not react, you will need to charge it.

  2. Activate the display on the watch by pressing the Control Button (2) or by turning your wrist into the upright position (this function must be first turned on in the app).

  3. Swipe up to view notifications. Select any individual notification to read it from the list. By swiping to the final notification page you may erase all notifications. Swipe right or press the Control Button (2) to arrive at the home page.

  4. Swipe right to arrive at the watch menu. Select any given icon to open that application. Swipe right or press the Control Button (2) to go back.
    The menu layout can be switched in the quick overview (see next step).

  5. Swipe down to get to the quick overview. Here you can switch the menu style (list menu or honeycomb), turn on do not disturb mode, flashlight or cinema mode, brightness adjustment or quick access to settings. To access the main page, swipe right or press the Control key (2).

  6. Swipe left to open an overview of your activity that day, your heartbeat
    rate, information about your sleep, and information about the weather.

  7. The clock face may be changed by pressing and holding the display. There are four clock faces for you to choose from, you may view them all by swiping either right or left through the options. Select a clock face by pressing and holding it.

  8. Power off the smartwatch by pressing the Control Button (2) for approximately 3 seconds.
    The watch will vibrate as it turns off.

PAIRING THE WATCH TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE

  1. Download the Da Fit application from Google Play (supported by Android 5 and newer) or the App Store (supported by iOS 8.2 and newer). The application is only accessible for mobile devices.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
  3. If the watch is powered off, power it on by pressing and holding the Control Button (2).
  4. Open the application -> Devices -> Add a device -> select WATCH2LITE from the available devices.

WATCH DISPLAY


  1. Steps: information about the number of steps you’ve taken as well as the number of kilometres travelled, and calories burned.
  2. Sleep: you may examine the period in which you engaged in deep and light sleep, as well as how long you slept, on the watch. You must first synchronize the watch with the application on your phone for the sleep monitoring function to apply. Information regarding your sleep will then be displayed on the watch.
  3. Heart rate: continual measuring of your heart rate will begin once you select the measurement icon (you can view your current heart rate on the watch display). In addition, you may activate periodic measuring in the application.
  4. Sports: you can choose between a number of sports – walking, running, cycling, jump roping, badminton, basketball, football, and swimming. Press the  icon of the sport you want and, after 3 seconds, the watch will begin measuring your progress. You may pause your activity by swiping right or by pressing the Control Button (2).
  5. Blood pressure: continual measuring of your blood pressure will begin once you select the measurement icon (you can view your current blood pressure on the watch display).
  6. Blood oxygenation: continual measuring of your blood oxygenation will begin once you select the measurement icon (you can view your current blood oxygenation on the watch display).
  7. Weather: the watch must be paired with your mobile phone in order to display the current weather.
  8. Message: you may view incoming messages on the watch. Press the message icon to open the given message in full.
  9. Take picture: press the icon to take a picture. This function only works with a camera via the Da Fit app.
  10. Music controls: use the music controls to change tracks on your phone. If your music player is turned off, the watch will automatically launch the last music player used. If you already have a music application open, the watch will control music within that application.
  11. Breathing exercises
  12. Timer: the timer may only be set to four pre-set values (1,5,10, and 30 minutes).
  13. Stopwatch: activate the stopwatch by pressing the green icon, then press the green icon again to pause the stopwatch. Press the red icon to stop using the stopwatch. Reset the stopwatch by pressing the red icon.
  14. Flashlight: the watch display will shine at its maximum brightness.
  15. Settings
    a. Brightness: brightness settings. Select the centre bar to increase the brightness. The higher the brightness level, the faster the watch runs out of battery.
    b. Clock face: clock face settings. There are other clock faces available in the Da Fit app.
    c. Vibrations: turn on/off vibrations
    d. Do not disturb mode: when this mode is activated, the watch will not display new notifications
    e. Theatre mode: turns off the watch noises and sets the watch to the lowest brightness level
    f. Reset: press the icon to reset the watch.
    g. Power off: press the icon to power off the watch.
    h. QR code: displays the QR code app
    i. Info: information about the firmware.

OTHER FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE MOBILE APP DA FIT

The mobile application DA FIT offers a variety of other functions:

Clock faces: more than 60 more clock faces are available in the application.
Warning: the notifications displayed on the watch may be adjusted
Heart rate test frequency: you may set the all-day heart rate function in the application. You may then view your results in the application.
Screen display turns on when you rotate your wrist: the fitness band may be set to turn on/off the display when you rotate your wrist upright. You may set a time limit (from/to) for when this function should be active
Alarm: 5 various alarms may be set within the app. The watch will begin to vibrate at the set time. Turn off the alarm by pressing and holding the touch display.
Drink water mode: you may set notifications in the application to remind you to consume liquids. After selecting the reminder, you may set the interval and the beginning/end of the reminder.
Take a photo: you can use the watch to take photos with your camera. You may only use this function when using a camera that has been integrated into the Da Fit application.
Activity invitation: in the app, you may set a reminder to invite you to stretch or perform some sort of activity (ex. perfect for people who spend most of their workday sitting). After selecting the reminder you may set the interval and the beginning/end of the reminder.
Search: function used to make the watch vibrate. The watch must be paired with your telephone for this function to work.
Units settings: you may choose between the metric and imperial systems.

SYNCHRONIZATION

Always perform synchronization with the watch in order to display all current values and statistics or in order to store your settings on your mobile device. Your watch will automatically synchronize when you open the mobile app

CHARGING

The battery status is displayed by the battery symbol on the watch’s home screen display. Connect the magnetic charging connector to the pins on the underside of the watch to charge. Then connect the USB connector to a PC or any other type of adapter, for example, that of a mobile phone (we recommend an output current of at least 1A and 5V voltage). The watch takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

The watch is showing the incorrect time after I power it off and on again
You must synchronize the watch with your telephone before each use if it has been powered off or ran out of battery

The watch doesn’t want to connect to the application on my mobile telephone
First, ensure you have managed to successfully pair the watch with your mobile telephone. Have the watch and your mobile telephone close together when pairing. Don’t forget to turn on Bluetooth on your mobile telephone. Once paired, the Bluetooth connection has a range of up to 10 meters between your telephone and the watch, meaning the watch needs to remain within the range of your telephone.

The watch doesn’t show notifications for incoming calls, SMS, etc.
Notifications must be turned on in the Da Fit application. Then the Da Fit application must be granted access to notifications within the settings of your mobile telephone. You will also need to grant access to the application within the correct RAM on your telephone (lock the application within the correct RAM).

What devices can I connect the watch to?
The watch may connect to any device with an operating system of Android 5 (and newer) and iOS 8.2 (and newer) that has Bluetooth 4.0 (and higher). The application is only accessible for mobile devices.

Can I switch out the watch band?
Yes, the band is interchangeable, and you can even use a different band with the same fasting system and width of 20 mm.

The watch is no longer working correctly after I updated the firmware. What should I do now?
You may restart the watch if you encounter problems with its functionality.
