SYNCING & PAIRING

(Fig. 2)

To pair for the first time:

  1. Remove both earpieces from the charging case and place them in the ears. The earpieces will automatically turn ON’. You will hear a voice confirmation for “power on” and then “pairing” indicating the earpieces are now in pairing mode.
  2. To pair with your device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select either AFT2-R or AFT2-L.
  3. You will then hear the voice confirmation, “Device connected” indicating the device has been successfully paired. Each time the headphones are turned on they should now remember this device automatically.

Note: Your environment can affect the quality of your connection. To ensure an optimal listening experience we recommend maintaining a direct line between the AFT2 earpieces and your device.
¹ Flashing blue light indicates the headphones are looking for a Bluetooth device.

CHANGING THE MASTER CONTROL EARPIECE

The master earpiece controls the main functions of the AFT2 headphones such as the microphone and certain interface operations. Voice confirmations will also be prompted from the master earpiece. When you first receive your AFT2 the master earpiece will be the right side by default. Either earpiece can serve as the master, and if you want to change sides follow these steps:

  1. Start with both earpieces docked in the charging case.
  2. The earpiece [left or right) that is removed from the case first will automatically become the master earpiece.
  3. To switch master earpiece sides while active, simply place the earpiece that is the master back in the case. The active earpiece will automatically re-sync and become the master control.

TURNING ON/OFF

(Fig. 4)

To turn ON, tap and hold the interface on each earpiece for 2 seconds until lights flash RED and BLUE. To turn OFF tap and hold the interface on each earpiece until the lights flash RED.
Alternatively, the earpieces will automatically turn OFF when docked in the charging case and turn ON when removed from the charging case.
The earpieces will automatically turn off in 5 minutes if not connected to a device.
