- Download and launch the “Smart life” App form the App Store or Google Play. Or scan the OR code below.
(The free app “Smart Life” is compatible with mobile devices the support IOS8.0 above, Android 4.4 above)

Create a new account.

Connect you mobile device to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: This product only support 2.4G networks.)

Go to the main interface of the APP, click the “+” sign in the upper right corner of the page–>select “Gateway and Others”–>”Others (Wi-Fi)”

Follow the steps below to reset the device

Enter the Wi-Fi password at home (Mobile phone needs to connect to Wi-Fi at home first)

Wait for the device to connect (It is recommended that the router, mobile phone and device be as close as possible)

After the network configuration is successful, you can turn on and off each USB of the device through the APP and share it regularly

What should I do when my device fails to connect to the network?
Answer: -
Please check whether your device is powered on and turned on.

Whether the phone and device are in the same Wi-Fi network

If the network is normal, but the device network connection still fails, check whether the router is overloaded. You can disable a device’s Wi-Fi feature to reserve the channel for resource reallocation.

Please confirm whether the entered router password is correct, pay attention to whether there is a Wi-Fi account or password before and after Space and capitalization issues.

Please check whether the connected Wi-Fi is a 2.4G network
