Pairing Guidance
Please make sure the earphone with power and wear them on your left ear
and right ear (L is left and R is right).
- Step1: Press the MFB button, you will hear power on,and the LED blue indicator will be on for 1 second.
- Step2: Activate the Bluetooth function on your device and search for NGO28.
- Step3: Click NGO2B and you will hear your headset is connected then the LED indicator light will off.

Warm Prompt
The earphone need to be fully charged for the first time use or left used for
long time the operation distance should be no more than 10m/33ft without
obstacles to avoid the possible stuck or disconnection.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the MFB button for 1 second, the blue LED indicator will be on for 1 second, and there is no pairing record, and it will automatically enter the pairing mode. If there is a pairing record, it will automatically enter the pairing state if there is no successful connection within 10 seconds
- Power Off: Press the MFS button for 3 seconds, the red light will be on for 2 seconds
- Answer/Hang Up/Reject Call: Press the MFB button once to answer/hang up the call, press for 1 second and then release the button to reject the call.
- SIRI/Voice Assistant: When connected and playing, simultaneously press and hold the plus and minus buttons of the volume for 1 second to activate SiriWoice Assistant.
- Music Play/Pause: press the MFB button once to play and pause the track
- Volume Up/Next Track: long-press the volume “+” button for 1 second to move to the next track
- Volume Down/Previous Track: long-press the volume ” button for 1 second to move to the previous track
- Charging: Use the DC5V charger to charge the headset. The LED indicator will always turn on red when charging, and the LED indicator’s blue light will always turn on when fully charged. The charging time is about 2 hours.
- Factory reset: Long press the MFB key for 10 seconds in shutdown state
Earphone Maintenance
- Using abrasive cleaner to clean the earphone is prohibited.
- Do not put the earphone in extreme temperature places (under -10C or over 55 C)
- No expose the earphone under the sunshine for long time
- Keep the earphone away from the fire.
- Dropstrikeknock. laminate and put the earphone in the water are forbidden. Stay away from the magnet, electrical appliance, and loudspeaker when use the earphone.
- Store the earphone in wet conditions is not allowed. Fully charge the earphone if you do not use it for a long time to extend the battery life and keed in mind the charging periodically
Never disassemble the earphone to cause the possible damage or danger
