Register/ Log-in with Your Account

Register

If you don’t have Apone Smart App account, you can register one. Please read the description of the registration process.

  1. Click Register, enter the Privacy Policy page.

  2. Click Agree and enter your e-mail address.

  3. Enter your e-mail address. The system automatically selects your current Country/ Region, or you can manually choose your Country/ Region.

  4. Enter your registration code from your e-mail.

Log in with an existing account

If you already have Apone Smart app account, skip registration and click Log in with existing account to enter the log in page.

  1. The system automatically selects your current Country/ Region, or you can manually choose your Country/ Region.
  2. Enter your email address and your password to log into the system.
Add Device

NOTE: The product only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi network. Before configuring Wi-Fi, please set the router parameters. The Wi-Fi password should not contain special characters of-!@#$%”&*(). When configuring Wi-Fi, make sure your router, mobile, and device are as close as possible for a quick configuration.

  1. Connect the power adapter cable to the smart camera and into the wall outlet.

  2. Connect your phone to your wireless network (2.4GHz Wi-Fi network).

  3. Make sure the camera is powered up (the blue light is flashing slowly).

  4. Click+ on the upper right corner of the screen and select Smart Camera.

  5. According to different product models, choose the appropriate mode. Please make sure you select AP Mode on the upper right corner of the screen.APONE-API-CB5M01-Shadower-5MP-Security-Camera-29

  6. Enter your Wi-Fi Password.

  7. Connect the mobile phone to the hotpot SL-AponeSmart-XXXX.

Function Description

  1. Click the Smart camera you have added in the All Devices or your room scene list.
  2. You can watch live stream recordings on Apone Smart app from your mobile phone once it’s connected successfully.

Click the upper right corner of the control page for the management and setting of your device.

  • Device Name– can modify the device name and device location
  • Share Device– can share this device to other people, enter the people’s e-mail address (Note: the entered e-mail address should be registered with Apone Smart app account).
  • Device Information– to view: Device ID, Wi-Fi signal strength, IP address, Mac address, Device time zone.
  • Motion Detection– can set the motion detection switch and motion detection alarm sensitivity.
  • Storage Settings– switch.
  • Firmware Information – Support OTA Remote Upgrade (Do not disconnect during upgrading).

  • Slow Blinking Blue: Wi-Fi Pairing Mode
  • Slow Purple Flash: Disconnected

Installation

  • Before installation
    • Remove the lens protection film on the front of the camera before use.
    •  Please set up your device before installation.
  • Installing your camera
    • The camera needs to record the alarm event, video playback, alarm capture, etc., through the memory card. (the memory card is configured to be pre-installed).
    • Connect the Micro USB port to a power supply.
    • Connect the power adapter and ensure that the camera is within range of the Wi-Fi signal.

Installing to a surface

The camera can be placed on a table or any flat surface (included wall mounting plate).

  1. Drill mounting holes (as well as a hole to run the cable through the wall if needed) according to the drill template.
  2. Using the screws and wall plugs provided, screw the mounting stand to the wall.

NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE A LOCATION WITH A GOOD, RELIABLE Wi-Fi NETWORK. THE NEARER YOUR CAMERA IS TO YOUR ROUTER, THE BETTER WIRELESS CONNECTION QUALITY.
