Insert SIM

  1. Find the notch and remove the cover.
  2. Insert the Nano SIM card into the card slot.

Power on and off
Momentarily press the side key 5 times to power on or off the device.
Charging
Connect the charger to the Micro USB interface to charge. If the device is fully charged, the power and battery LED indicator will be OFF.

Momentarily press the side key twice to enable the LED and check the current working model

SMS configuration

Tracked by mobile phone
Send the command URL# by SMS to the device’s SIM card number.
The device will reply with a map link.
Click the link to have the location displayed on Google Maps on your mobile phone.
If the device in somewhere not positioned, the device will reply “Positioning, please wait for a moment” or “Positioning fails”.
Monitored by tracking platform
APN & Server setting
To ensure normal network operation, please confirm your APN and server settings before you log in. In most countries, APNs could be automatically adapted to local mobile operators. If not, please send SMS to set the APN.
If user name and password are required for APN, please add it into the command.

Tracking mode setting

  1. Real-time tracking mode
    (Defaulted) MODE,1,T1,T2# T1: time interval to report position in movement; Range: 10-3600s. Default: 600s T2: time interval to report position while vehicle is static , Range: 180-86400s. Default: 3600s.

  2. Power saving mode
    MODE,2,T1,T2#
    T1: start time of sleeping period. The format is HH: MM.
    T2: sleep time interval; Value: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 72 (hours). Default: 24 hours

Internal battery low alert
Alert message will be sent to the preset SOS phone number when the voltage of the device’s internal battery is lower than 3.65V.
To add SOS number: SOS,A,number1,number2,number3#
To delete the SOS number: SOS,D, phone number#
Query SOS number: SOS#
Unpacking alert
Once the light sensor detects light, the alert will be triggered and a message with a map link will be sent to the SOS phone number. The device will switch to real-time tracking mode.

Troubleshooting

Use

Unable to connect to the tracking platform| Check the APN and IP settings.
Check whether the data service of the SIM card is enabled.
Check the balance of the SIM card.
Tracker shows offline| Check if the device entered the network blind area. Check the balance of the SIM card.
Unable to locate| Make sure the top side facing upward without metallic things shielded.
Make sure it’s not in an area with no satellite coverage.
Unable to boot| Check whether the battery is exhausted. Check whether the SIM card is inserted.
No command reply| Make sure the command format is correct.
Make sure the SIM card is well inserted and has SMS service.

Warranty instructions

  1. The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of the original invoice indicating the date of purchase, model and serial No.of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.
  2. Our obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement the defective part or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.
  3. Warranty repairs must be carried out by our Authorized Service Centre. Warranty cover will be void, even if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service centre.
  4. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  5. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.

The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 Wflcg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types JM-L005. GT420D, LG05 (FCC ID: 2AMLFJM-LG05) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use when properly worn on the body is 1.161W/kg. This device was tested for a typical body kept 10mm.
