- The board has three transmitting coils for the best transmitter-receiver coupling and position freedom. It embeds a smart interface that communicates with the most common automotive buses, continuously monitoring the charging status. It also features advanced Foreign Object Detection (FOD).
- The board is compatible with both low power (5W) and medium power (15W) WPC Qi standards yet supporting the most popular fast charge proprietary algorithms (Apple, Samsung).
- The wireless charger module is designed to work inside the car environment. The board combines the 15W wireless Qi position free transmitter, a rugged input power management circuit, fully compliant with the automotive standards, LED indicators (option only not implemented), and common vehicle communication buses in a single-compact printed-circuit board (PCB, 4 layers).
Key Features
- Free positioning with a three-array power transfer coils
- MP-A13 Qi Transmitter topology
- Enhanced Foreign Object Detection (FOD) with “open FOD”, detecting object before the power transfer, through coils Q-factor measurements.
- Customized charging profile depending on phone manufacturer:
- Samsung Fast Charge official compatibility (up to 10W)
- Apple Fast Charge (up to 7.5W)
- 15W charging capabilities (WPC mid-power)
- Wide input operating voltage (6-16V)
- Enhanced power supply management to ensure wireless charging during crank
- Unique Hardware Receiver ID detection for user recognition without NFC
- CISPR-25 Class 3 Compliance (15W), Class 4 (5W)
- Fixed frequency operation for the best compatibility with the vehicle
User Guide
- Place a supported mobile device on the charger. If your mobile device does not support wireless charging, attach the wireless charging cover to your mobile device.
- When the mobile device is fully charged, remove the mobile from wireless charger. Please use the Wireless Charger Module at a distance greater than 20 cm from human body
