KLOK-IT KJC-02R Sprinkler Clock Locking Bracket Plus Tool
HOW TO USE
Can install the Klok-lt while it is on the wall (Always be careful) Using the Klok-It Tool is highly recommended.
- Fit Klok-It tool onto cam lock & square up
- Hold tool & use rotary tool to cut hole using.
- Examine hole for clean cut
- Fit bracket through slot and lock with key, shut lid, to line up bracket, on outside of tab & box then mark cut lines.
- Remove bracket to prior to cutting bracket slots with rotary ZIP
- Use a rotary tool to cut outer edge of box and cut plastic tab where lock used to fit
- Slide bracket in slot to ensure proper placement and the cam lock locks.
- Mark hole for lock bolt with both brackets pinched and cam locked in bracket.
- Drill hole where mark was put
- Insert bracket to line up hole
- Open box and insert KJ Top bracket, with bent angle towards lock and face tab out to insert KJ Slot Piece, hook KJ slot piece on bottom, lock and insert lock bolt. Insert bolt and lock nut on side and tighten with screw driver and wrench. Klok-It Finish
- Optional You can add a screw and washer on back if you need extra security (6 mm screw)
- For some clocks you must turn cylinder upside down in the tool to cut the slot for a left handed locking clock.
- You will need a left handed bracket for the left locking clock.

- 9 mm socket and driver
- Phillips screwdriver
- 3/16 drill bit
- 1/8 rotary drill bit
- key
- black marker
- pencil
- drill
- rotary drill
