The BriSync app is not syncing with my smart air purifier. | Activate |
Bluetooth® and ensure your phone isn’t already paired with another Bluetooth
device.
A protected 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is required during setup. Verify that the
connection is stable.
Verify that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password and there must be no
blank spaces before or after the password.
Try accessing the router with a separate electronic device to verify the

Verify that the SSID and password were entered successfully if they were typed
in by hand.
If your air purifier is having trouble connecting, try relocating it closer to
your wireless modem. Put your phone close to your air cleaner.
Move your router up high, out of the path of any interference.
To prevent signal interference, keep your air purifier and router in a
separate room from other electrical gadgets and appliances.
Disconnect your virtual private network (VPN) connection before installing

If your wireless network requires portal authentication, turn it off. If
portal authentication is turned on, the air purifier will not connect to the
Wi-Fi network during setup.
