Product Introduction
This product is a personal care cleaning product, powered by a built-in
lithium battery, and the camera is driven by a rotary switch control circuit.
The image is transmitted to the mobile app via WIFI to display the situation
in the ear canal in real time, which is convenient for individuals to clean
the ear canal. Compared with the previous blind digging, the visual ear scoop
is more convenient and safer.

Product Structure
Functions
- Turn the switch to the right in the off state to turn it on. When the power is turned on, the white indicator light flashes, and the white light of the camera fill light is always on.
- The WIFI connection is successful, the power indicator white light is always on, put the product into the ear canal and it can be used.
- When the battery remains 20%, the power indicator flashes red, the APP pops up a “charging reminder” pop-up window, plug in the power cord, and the low-battery reminder disappears; Charge the product while it is off, the red light of the power indicator 1s on; when it is fully charged, the red light is off.
- Turn the “rotary switch” to the left to power off.

Download APP
Two Ways to download APP(Support Android 5.1 and 10S 9.0 version or above)
- Download the APP from AppStore or Google Play;
- Scan the QR code to download the APP. (If use WeChat to scan, need to manually jump to the browser to open)

Connect Product WiFi
- Turn on the product and APP
- Enter the WIFI setting
- Connect phone with product WIFI “UDU earpick-xxxx”.
Open App
Open App and click “Start up”, then use it.
Tips:
- Disinfect the ear spoon with alcohol cotton pads before using the product;
- After use, remove the ear spoon in time and clean it;
- Not recommended for inflamed ear canals.
About charging
- Please fully charge the product before first time use.
- Please use standard qualified DCSV adapter for charging.
- The red indicator light is always on during charging.
- The red indicator light off when it is fully charged.
- The red indicator light flashes slowly when代’s in low battery power, and please fully recharge before next time use.
When charging doesn’t start after 10 seconds, please check if the Type-C cable port is fully plugged in or any poor connection issue.
Device Connection and Maintenance
- When cleaning, make sure the device is turned off avoiding electrical shock.
- Please take off the cleaning head from the instrument and rinse by warm water.
- The instrument body is not waterproof, please wipe it clean with a wet tissue or cloth after each use. Do not rinse the body with water.
- Clean the camera lens with a cotton swab, and avoid hard objects collide with the lens.
- It is forbidden to wipe the body with corrosive liquid.
- Please store the device in a dry indoor environment.
- It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the instrument by yourself. If there occurs any failure or malfunction, please stop using and contact on line customer service immediately.
