Charging
Fully charge your tablet for 6 hours before the first use.
Use the included wall charger.
The battery indicator will show that your device is charging.
Screen basic
Hold Home and slide up to access Google™ Now
Connecting to Wi-Fi
Enter the settings app located in the apps menu, and tap Wi-Fi.
Be sure Wi-Fi is turned on.
Choose your network and enter your password.
Google account
The first time you see the Google play store app you will be prompted to create a Google account. If you already have a Gmail™ account. You have the option to sign in using your Gmail address and password. If you do not have a Gmail account, follow the prompts to create an account.
At the end of the setup, you will be asked to enter a credit card with Google wallet. You can skip this step for now and enter your information later when you make a purchase.
Adding Other Accounts
You can also add accounts from other social networking and messaging apps you
have installed. Go to settings and tap accounts.
Connecting to a computer
Windows™
The device driver will install
Choose the open folder to view files or to select the removable disk
You will now be able to drag and drop files from your computer onto your tablet just as you would with a USB flash drive
Mac®
First, install the android file transfer application for Mac. Go to android.com/filetransfer and choose download now.
Install the application
The Android™ file transfer application will launch automatically when you connect your tablet. Drag & Drop files to transfer.
Reset/Restore
Reset the device by pressing the reset button with a small object, such as a paperclip.
